A well located high quality, stylish establishment in Downtown Dallas with very comfortable rooms and friendly welcoming staff. Stayed for 5 nights….pool was a bit busy but not surprised due to the temperatures. Water and a couple of chocs delivered each night. I particularly loved the artwork in the hotel, some very nice works and gave a quality feel to the place. Ideally located within walking distance of some great Dallas bars and eateries. Would recommend!

We loved the artwork throughout. However, the pool area had ripped cushions and was packed. Also, the music was explicit at the pool not to most taste. The room did not have a coffee maker and we had to request. They do have free club cars to take you within a 3 mile radius but one time they could not pick us up due to no cars available so left us to walk. At night the street noise was very loud, filled with revving engines and you could hear the surrounding rooms flushing toilets. Not a bad place to stay but not a 5 star!

The staff is so attentive and responsive. The hotel has an amazing spa - truly luxurious! There was a question with our hotel reservation and Erin, the hotel manager, resolved it immediately! There was no lengthy explanation needed - she just resolved our issue. I highly recommend this hotel - you will absolutely enjoy your stay!
