Room smelt like cigarettes. Awful pillow, lots of noise from street. Not much breakfast, no English speaking staff.

Good location and close to metro!
Room was small. Had fridge, microwave and dishes. Small market across the street. Carpet was gross, would be nice to have them change it to laminate. Staff has little to no English. Breakfast is delivered to your room and is limited to 2 toast, cheese, jam, juice, Milk, ìnstant coffee grains. Some fresh fruit would have been nice. Double paned windows helped with street noise.

Motel not hotel
This was the worst esperience It is a motel not a hotel Dirty towels dirty sheets and pillow case. It's located in the middle of the ghetto.. it's so bad they luck the doors after 8 pm Everything is outdated wifi only work if you stand in the lobby. Breakfast is a joke..if you want coffee you have to boil you own water in the microwave in your room.

Good 3 star hotel
Good 3 star hotel right in the heart of the nightlife in Bellavista, Santiago. Stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean and tidy with aircon, bedding was good and comfortable. Only downfall is the poor wifi, had to sit downstairs in reception whenever I needed the internet. Overall happy with the place and would stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff
This is an older hotel, more like a hostal. Things are clean but well worn. There are some upgrades like the cooling system. The service is good, breakfast is brought to your room. Everyone tries to be helpful. Knowing some Spanish will be helpful. This location is right in the center of the Bellavista street life, So the music will play beneath the room until the bars close at two. I think it is a hotel suited to a younger, late night type. The price might be a little high for the quality.

Bonzinho...mas poderia ser muito melhor!
Ótima localização! Infraestrutura ruim, mas, a área no entorno tem muitas construções mais velhas. Falta ali investimentos nesta parte e um cursinho de hotelaria para os funcionários (apenas 2). Não oferecem café da manhã.

Estadia en Santiago
Lo único que rescato de mi estadía es la atención de la Sra que estaba a la mañana. Increíble su atención y predisposición. la ducha también era buena. Lo malo es que el edificio no tiene ascensor, la alfombra de la habitación estaba sucia y manchada. Por otro lado la zona es muy ruidosa y costaba dormirse.

El hotel estaba bien situado
El hotel estaba bien situado pero por las noches tenia mucho ruido el climatizador no funcionaba y entraba mucho aire frio por las ventanas alfinal cumplio su objetivo pasar aya una noche pero deja mucho que desear no se parece en nada a las fotos y el wifi solo lo cogia en recepcion

Atenção.
Pelo preco que foi pago atendeu a expectativa. Pessoal atencioso. Localizacao boa. De madrugada a coisa pega. Muitos bebados, drogados, gritos, assalto, policia e etc. Durante o dia e ate meia noite e local tranquilo, alegre, tem comercio que atende as necessidades basicas. Santiago uma regiao aparentemente tranquila, mas larapios e batedores de celular e o que nao falta. Presencie dois furtos de celular. Um na Plaza de armas durante o dia e outro na esquina do hotel, visto da janela, numa madrugada. Fiquei um tanto tranquilo porque eles so estao levando apenas celular, carteira e objetos pessoais. Pois tem um pais aqui na Sudamerica que alem de levar os objetos ainda assassinam as vitimas. Cuidados com os pertences. Mas vale a pena visitar aquela regiao.

Impossible sleep one night
I'm not sleeping for one night, in the hotel no have elevator and my bedroom was in four floor, old furniture, poor quality of bed linen, there was no drain in the bathroom stall, it was a hole in the floor and a very strong smell of disinfectant... I"m very disappointed with the quality of the hotel.

Horrível!!!!
Apesar de localizado em um bairro bom, perto de metro, restaurantes e varias atraçoes turísticas, fica em uma rua muito movimentada, com bares, boates e muito barulho até altas horas da madrugada. Difícil dormir. A limpeza do quarto é tenebrosa. Lençois sujos, colchas e cortinas queimadas de cigarro, banheiro apertado e sujo. Dificil tomar banho pois esbarra-se na torneira e muda-se a temperatura da agua com frequencia. A equipe é mal-humorada. O café deve-se pegar na recepçao e consumir no quarto (pao-de-forma, manteiga, suco de caixinha e leite de caixinha). Não há restaurante. As instalaçoes são feias e mal-conservadas. O Hotel está caindo aos pedaços. Enfim, fiquei com minha familia apenas uma noite, pela comodidade da localizaçao, mas me arrependo muito. Não voltaria nem recomendaria nunca. Parece aqueles hoteis de rodoviária. Minha filha pequena ficou com medo na vizinhança e com muito nojo do hotel. Péssima experiência. Um Hostel seria uma opção bem melhor, ou pagar um pouco mais em varios bons hoteis nas imediações.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização. Fica muito próximo ao pátio bela vista e ao restaurante famoso chamado "Como água para chocolate". Nos serviu muito bem porque saíamos as 6 da manhã e só voltamos pra dormir praticamente. Não contém com um bom café da manhã e o Wi-Fi só pega na recepção. Como o hotel fica ao lado de alguns barzinhos, em noites de festa faz um pouco de barulho. Não tem shampoo nos banheiros, porém é um quarto bem espaçoso e com uma mini cozinha. Valeu a pena!!!

Buenas vistas por su ubicacion. Personal muy amable. Le falta actualizarse en sus instalaciones aunque se ve que están tratando de hacerlo. Solo hay Wi Fi en área de recepción

O quarto que ficamos estava cheirando cigarro. nossa roupa ficou impregnada com o cheiro. O hotel não dispunha de outro quarto semelhante para trocar. Passamos somente um dia.

Simples e bem localizado para quem gosta da noite.
O hotel é simples, sem elevador e como não tem espaço para um salão que possa servir o café da manhã, o mesmo é levado nos apartamentos a partir de um agendamento de horário. Dessa forma, não pode ser "aquele" café da manhã, mas dá para atenuar a fome matinal.O wifi é só no hall de entrada o que dificulta em muito a comunicação externa. De qualquer forma, os funcionários são gentis e agradáveis e tentam tornar a sua estada a melhor possível dentro das limitações antes apresentadas. Para quem quer ficar no "point" da juventude para atividades noturnas, o hotel fica em localização privilegiada.
