First Class Hotel. The service is excellent. A great experience from check-in to check out. The architecture is beautiful. The rooms are terrific. The convenience of 24 hour room service coupled with a fine restaurant with a nice view are the icing on the cake.

The property offered a "unique" hotel experience--the suite's window and tv layout were exceptional and well laid out. The bath, with pillow and reading board was very comfortable and relaxing.

Service excellent, sustainability needs work.
I love this hotel and the concept of it. The staff is friendly and the service is amazing. The plastic bottles everywhere are not really indicative of sustainability. It would be nice to put a glass bottle in each room and water stations on each floor.
