"This is an excellent hotel but with one small complaint: No brewed coffee for breakfast. If you want good coffee, you need to pay a stiff fee. It's odd. Nearly every hotel offers free coffee but the Vittoria charges several hundred shillings for a cup. Come on Vittoria, you run an excellent hotel ..."

Acacia Premier Hotel: Luxury hotel with free breakfast and free WiFi. Located in the suburbs.
"The sliding door to the room leads to a shared balcony with other rooms. Well the door was not secure, the locking mechanism was cheap and bent and could easily be opened by pushing it which puts valuables at risk for being stolen. That is my only complaint"
