The description does not specify that the standard room is in the pavilion outside the central part of the hotel, difficult to access, there is no elevator on the right side only on the left side, access via stairs is difficult, rooms are old, small size for 4 people.

Beautiful resort for families
The resort was beautiful and the staff were all very friendly. There was always a lot to do. Really enjoyed the choppe at 11 am at the pool and the food was always fantastic. The water slide was a little crazy for Canada standards. Really enjoyed our time there.

Tudo excelente! é a segunda vez que vou para o hotel e voltarei mais vezes com certeza! melhorou bastante agora que é 100%all inclusive. tudo sempre limpro e sempre fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários! algumas sugestões de melhorias: - o elevador deveria ter um botão central de acionamento em cada andar. como todo elevador era acionado independente, as pessoas apertavam todos na hora de chamar. e por muitas vezes o elevador ficava parando e não tinha ninguém para entrar. estava no 5 andar e isso incomou um pouco - seria interessante que tivesse sacada para o varal do quarto. assim as roupas molhadas não ficam pingando dentro do quarto - que tal em algumas noites, tem opção de comida japonesa?
