Contemporary apartment measuring 95 m2 in the heart of old Town Málaga. The 3rd floor apartment with elevator has 2 spacious bedrooms for 4 guests, is equipped with modern furniture and is tastefully decorated by its artistic owners. It has a renovated kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, a perfect open space adjoining the large living room. The A/C system makes the apartment comfortable at any time of the year. It also features a washer and dryer, and a shared rooftop terrace for warm evenings in the setting sun. The apartment has
several attractive dining options only a few meters from the door. Within a few minutes’ walk of the apartment are the Cathedral, major churches and museums of Málaga, Calle Larios and the central market. The Muelle Uno district and Playa Malagueta beach are a fifteen-minute pleasant walk away.

Close to everything but quiet ....
My brother and I stayed for a couple days before departing on a cruise. The condo was located close to many of the city's attractions and near some really very nice restaurants. Loved exploring the city and it was nice to come home to such an appealing, comfy space.

Excellent choice of accommodation.
Very clean property in a very central location, so easy to get around the city. Able to contact the owner if necessary, but no need to. Good bars and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this property to any traveller.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Zentral gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man muss ein paar Meter zu Fuß gehen, da das Haus in der Fußgängerzone leigt.Top Abwicklung, perfekter Service vor Ort. Einzig die kleinen Fernseher könnte man kritisieren, aber wir waren ja nicht zum Fernsehen nach Malaga gereist.

Perfecta estancia en el centro de Malaga
El apartamento está muy bien situado para pasar unos días en Málaga, especialmente si quieres disfrutar del ambiente del centro. Además tiene todo lo necesario para hacer la estacia muy agradable, como una cocina muy bien equipada (tal y como se ve en las fotos) y buen aire acondicionado. La dueña, Ana, muy simpática y atenta. 100% recomendable
