Das Haus liegt ruhig und schƶn mit Blick auf den See, der Garten und die Parkmƶglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Die Ausstattung hat den 'Charme der 70er Jahre'! Die Mƶblierung ist spartanisch und lieblos, das kombinierte Wohn-/KĆ¼chenzimmer bot keine gemĆ¼tliche Sitzgelegenheit. Der SanitƤrbereich (beim gĆ¶ĆŸeren Apartment)ist eine Zumutung. Der Einstieg in die Dusche (SeitenlƤnge 60 cm!) hat eine Breite von lediglich 34 cm. Die Warm-Kaltregelung lieƟ zu wĆ¼nschen Ć¼brig. Die Ć¼ber die Klimaanlage betriebene Heizung(Deckenheizung) ist ƶkologisch vƶllig sinnlos, weil nach Abschaltung der Heizung der Raum sofort wieder auskĆ¼hlt(entweder zu heiƟ oder zu kalt!). Handtuchwechsel und Toilettenpapier nur auf Anforderung. Wechsel der BettwƤsche gab es in 9 Tagen nicht, es wurde auch nie geputzt. Das in der KĆ¼che vorhandene PutzgerƤt war unzureichend. Das Preis-/LeistungsverhƤltnis ist somit nicht angemessen. Der Swimmingpool war wegen Algenbewuchses und Verschmutzung nicht benutzbar. Offensichtlich war die UmwƤlzpumpe seit lƤngerem nicht mehr im Betrieb. Der EigentĆ¼mer plant eine Sanierung im Laufe des Winters.

Rigtig god bellighed med en fantastisk udsigt over GardasĆøen meget imĆødekommen ejer, som giver rigtig mange gode informationer omkring lejlighederne samt omrĆ„det omkring malcesine vi havde en af lejlighederne i stueplan, dette Ćødelagde absolut ikke udsigten nĆ„r man sad pĆ„ terrassen om aftenen Dejlig stort lejlighed

Dejligt men lidt slidt kompleks. Det ligger 2,5 km. fra Malcesine, som man sagtens kan gƄ til. Stedet kan varmt anbefales, men er ikke luksus.
