Will think twice before staying again
I’ve stayed at this hotel before. When I stayed before the room was at the front of the hotel & had a view of the lake. When I arrived this time I asked if I could please have a room with a bath. Having a lounge in a bath can really make my stay. The receptionist gave me an answer that I remember well. To have a room with a bath you will need to upgrade. I didn’t ask the price because I asked last time I stayed & it was about €30. Which is an extortionate amount to enable me to enjoy my stay. I checked in just before 9pm. I was extremely hungry but the kitchen shuts at 9pm. The receptionist was helpful in trying to find me somewhere that was open. But I’d manoeuvred my van in between 2 trees to try to keep the contents safe. It took about 5 mins toing & froing. I didn’t want to move it. So I got some cans & what was left of my block of cheese. The room had no view & was quite cold feeling. As though it hadn’t been slept in for a while. I didn’t enjoy my stay. Had they have upgraded me. Which wouldn’t have hurt them because it is unlikely anyone would purchase the room after 9pm. Had they have done this I could have had a soak & would’ve got over my hunger. They would’ve had a five star review then. But I paid £60. I didn’t enjoy my stay & will think twice before staying there again. Room was clean.well done. You didn’t manage to get any extra money out of me & you also managed to make my stay unpleasant & generate yourself a bad review. Not very good business sense really.

Wonderfully relaxing couple of days at Malente. Fabulous view from our room. Comfortable beds, even the extra bed. Loved the swimming pool. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast and dinner

This would have been a great experience if it wasn't for the smell in my room which made me want to puke and gave me a headache. Even with all the windows open the smell was still there in the morning. When I talked to the receptionist about it she would not make any comment. I guess she knew what I was talking about. On the other side this hotel has a wonderful lake view and the breakfast was awesome.

We had booked a delux room and expected, thereforea view overlooking the lake, but was very disappointed with the prospect of a parking space. The beds are bad to sleep in, because you can feel all the springs in the mattress. The staff are very kind and friendly. The hotel is really good and you get really great food at the hotel restaurant.

Great hotel for a relaxing weekend. Beautiful surrounding area, walking, cykling and good shopping a short drive away. The hotel offers good friendly service, clean simply decorated rooms, lovely dining room overlooking the lake, attention to detail, fantastic breakfast and spa. Would definitly come back.

Utrolig arrogant behandling. Vi ankommer 28 personer. Spørger efter at købe øl i baren. Det bekræfter receptionisten at vi godt kan. Ved henvendelse i baren får vi besked om, at den ikke er åben, og ikke vil blive åbnet. Hun har travlt, har været på arbejde i 30 timer, og gider tydeligvis ikke hjælpe os. Vi henvender os igen i receptionen , som taler med baren. Receptionisten må erkende, at de ikke kan få baren åbnet. Hvor er ledelsen ? Vi får god mad, fra kl 20 til 22, herefter lukker alt. Vil de ikke tjene penge ?

Glansdagarna förbi men viss charm återstår.
Vackert, idylliskt beläget hotell vid sjön Dieksee. En avkopplande miljö i kurorten Malente. Ganska liten parkering. Hotellet tar 3 Euro betalt per natt. Dessutom tillkommer ca 3 euro per person och natt i kurtaxa. Gediget byggt men tyvärr ganska slitet, både ut- och invändigt. Badlandskapet utgörs av en s-formad pool, en jacuzzi samt en varm bastu. Allt funkade ok. Frukosten som ingick i priset var bra, välsorterad och god. Ett stort minus var de knarriga och hårda sängarna och de mycket hårda/alternativt extremt lösa kuddarna som gjorde sömnen sämre.
