Beautiful and convenient
Loved the Robins Nest. Lovely inside and out. The porch was relaxing, Bed (we only slept in the downstairs one) was super comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable. We were there to go to Mammoth Cave, and it was about 30 minutes away, so convenient and yet not overrun with other tourists. The neighborhood was peaceful. There are not a lot of food options or even grocery stores nearby, so plan ahead with that. Otherwise, we'd gladly book this again.

Adorable cabin in the woods!
Such a beautiful Amish built home in the woods close to Mammoth cave. Very clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. Check in was easy, and the home was equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine and board games! The porch was amazing to sit out and have coffee in the morning. Very quiet and peaceful. Would stay again!

Perfect!
A great base for exploring Mammoth Cave. After seeing the lackluster hotel options in the area, we decided to find a rental instead, and luckily we found The Robins Nest. The cabin is immaculate and comfortable. Kids thought the loft room was really special. Enjoyed our home cooked meals at the lovely dining table, and the porch was my favorite spot for morning coffee!

Great place near Mammoth Cave!
We love staying here! We have two kids, ages 9 and 13, and they loved it here, too! We were able to visit Mammoth Cave easily. We stopped at the nearby Dollar General (DG) for food one night to make dinner, and the cabin was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner easily. The beds were comfortable. The cabin was clean. We had a lovely stay!

Could not check in upon arrival . Vrbo site did not help, phone reception spotty. Did not have door code! Door code should be provided in advance! Had to google search property owner phone number.

An amazing getaway
What an amazing time we had at The Robins Nest! Close enough to caves and hiking but away from the crowds, this cozy cabin has everything you need for a comfortable getaway!!
