The kitchen provides all essentials needing for making meals in the apartment. Dining area seats 4 people and is adjacent to windows to enjoy the view of Old Mammoth Rd.
Living Room: Living room boasts a couch that can fold out into a full bed for extra sleeping space (linens provided). Boot trays are provided for ski boots, hiking boots. Smart TV w/ Roku.

This property was the perfect homebase for our stay in Mammoth Lakes. It's a super accessible first floor apartment with the parking right outside the door. No stairs to climb. The location is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, town shuttles, etc. This apartment was attractive, compact, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay.
