A free shuttle stops right in front of the complex. Canyon Lodge is a short 5-min drive, and the Village is only 2 min away. With plenty of amenities to enjoy, this condo is the perfect base for both summer and winter adventures.

Our warm and inviting condo, nestled in the Sunshine Village complex, offers a true mountain retreat for families or groups of up to 6 guests. Recently upgraded floors while keeping the rustic cabin charm, this condo is the perfect base for your Mammoth adventure.

The main floor features a cozy master bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a spacious living area with two large couches—perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. You can log into your favorite streaming accounts or enjoy cable on the smart TV. The living/dining area also includes an easy-to-use pellet stove for added warmth and ambiance without the fuss of building a fire.

The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and includes a breakfast bar for 3 and a sunny dining nook. Upstairs, the loft offers two twin beds and a queen bed, along with another smart TV for entertainment.

Please note that while this condo retains its classic, cabin-like charm, some elements such as furniture and fixtures have a well-loved, vintage feel. The unit is surrounded by beautiful trees, which adds to the peaceful setting but also means the natural lighting can be a bit subdued. Great Location!
Me and a few friends stayed up over a holiday weekend to go skiing! The house itself was super cozy and comfortable. The location is awesome as most everything is within walking distance as long as you don’t mind the cold or elevation! I will definitely be visiting again!
