Architecturally unique house located in the upscale Crooked Pines neighborhood in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Situated on the Sierra Star golf course, the house features 4 bedrooms, den, 2 lofts, theater room, and game floor with billards table. Master bedroom with view of Sierra Star golf course, en suite bath, king size bed and a full size pull out sofa, fireplace. Second Master, ensuite, king size bed, adjacent loft with a sleigh sofa/bed. Third bedroom has queen size bed. Fourth is a bunk bedroom with full/full twin/twin. Third and fourth bedrooms share the Jack/Jill bathroom with separate tub/toilet area. The home sleeps 14 with additional pullout queen beds in the office and game floor, 5 bathrooms total. Outdoor hot tub and fire pit. 2 car spaces in the garage as well room for 4 more cars in the drive way. Walking distance to eagle lodge and a 5 minute drive to the village. Mountain Getaway
Just spent a great weekend up in the mountains to enjoy some fishing with friends and family. We had an amazing time staying at the property. It was very spacious and had plenty to entertain us. The lower level was great with the pool table, home theatre, outdoor patio, spa and firepit that open out onto the golf course. We loved the location of the property. It was very central in town and was a 15-20 min. walk to the village, Mammoth Brewery, etc. Donna was a great host and was very communicative before and during our stay. If there were any issues, she was quick to respond. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to have a great time and enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer.

Happy 4th of July
This is a great property for family vacations. Great communication and response for any questions we had, even on the 4th, thanks Donna. The house is very nicely appointed with lots of amenities to keep everyone happy. From the spa to the pool table or the media room, there's something for everyone. It's also centrally located and just a couple minutes to the village or to the lifts. We spent the 4th of July here and it was perfect for a large family. Nice views of the golf course and a great fire pit. We had a great time and will definitely return again.

This place was aaaaamazing! Perfect family and friends getaway! Donna our host was excellent and responsive, her check-in instructions made this large home with many amenities easy and user friendly. We hope to enjoy again next ski season.

Not What We Paid For
I booked this home for an annual ski trip. We chose this home for its listed amenities; jacuzzi, pool table, media room. Sadly, none of these were in working condition. The pool table had no chalk, media room had no audio, and jacuzzi didn't work. Media room, we spent 2 hours discovering a broken wire and re-wired the whole system, luckily, we had an AV guy in our group. Jacuzzi was the biggest disappointment, not only was there not enough water to cover the jets rendering those useless, it was EXTREMELY difficult to access as it is wedged in a corner surrounded on 3 sides by walls, you can't walk around to remove the top. Please if you rent here, do not attempt to open it alone as it is extremely dangerous, you have to get inside it to push the top back, our friend slipped doing this and the top knocked him over and fell on him, luckily there were 2 others with him that helped pull it off. The disappointments didn't stop there, the kitchen was a mess, one example is the microwave, you can't see the display, only one button works. After spending too much time trying to figure it out, I texted the host/owner, she informed me it did work, you just can't see the display?! While the owner was quick to respond, the solutions weren't helpful. The problems should have been recognized & repaired prior to check in. She also referred to the welcome letter which contained bad info. I was hoping to write a more favorable review to include the owner took care of us, but she hasn't.

Dads and Lads ski trip
Donna (owner/host) was very communicative before and during our stay. There was a major storm that hit on Friday and wiped out the lifts at Mammoth for Saturday and Sunday and our flights were canceled on Sunday. Donna gave us a good rate to stay two extra nights which enabled us to get those ski days back on new snow! Very accomodating. The place was the perfect size and amenities for our group. Thank you!

Awesome house and better host!!
My group and I had such a great time staying here a couple weeks ago! The house is amazing and comfortably fit our group of 10 who visited Mammoth to snowboard. The house was very clean, the amenities were fun, and the host was very helpful. A couple questions came up about the house upon arriving and the host quickly answered everything. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

I’ve been going to mammoth every year since I was a child and seen all types of properties. This one I can easily say trumps all the rest. Everything you could possibly want, this home has. Great price, amazing layout, perfect location. Fit all 10 of us very comfortably and helped make our stay so much better than expected. It has all types of entertainment and spaces for all ages. If you like the village, it was a quick 10 minute walk as well. Donna was very quick with every response and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone and planning on going back.

Communication with owner is great. Loved the location- it was great to walk over to the festival grounds. The media room, pool table, and hot tub were enjoyed by all! The only thing that may be an issue for some are all the internal stairs. We didn't have a problem, but it may be a consideration for others.

This house is a truly special place for a winter getaway. Donna was an amazing host and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She was very understanding and helpful when weather moved in on our last night. The house was extremely comfortable and helped us to feel same and cozy during the blizzard. The property was perfect for my large party. We had enough beds to sleep in and it was very spacious. We were bummed we couldn't use the hot tub but there was severe weather so there's not much the host could've done. Perfect location and walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Great house with lots of amenities. Close to eagle lodge. There were three families totaling 12 people. We opted to drive to the lodge each day instead of carrying our skis but if you have a cart it would be walkable. House with clean and the property owner was very responsive to our needs. Honestly my only complaint was the heat lamps were broken by the bbq (it was cold when we were there). Definitely a 5 star property and we would come back.

Beautiful Mammoth Home
This was a beautiful house. We used the movie room and spa every night. The owner was very responsive and communicative. Liked all the rooms and loved that it had so many bathrooms. The different levels were great so we could put the kids one place and have adult space as well. The kitchen was great to cook in as it was very spacious. Loved that you could park in the garage! All in all a beautiful stay.

We had a great time and appreciated Donna’s communication and responsiveness. Great for a group and had everything we needed. Unfortunately and it wasn’t the owners fault, but the people before us didn’t leave enough water in the hot tub so we didn’t get to use that but Donna was very helpful in trying to get someone out to help and we let her know it wasn’t a big deal for group. Overall it was great.

We just got back home from this lovely vacation. We had stayed there for four nights and truly this was a very nice and great choice out of all others we were looking into. Donna, who is the owner, She is very easy to talk to and communicate. She made it a very easy to check in, and anything we needed was just a text away . Her cabin/home is incredibly beautiful and well-kept and clean , all amenities were in good condition , kitchen bathroom and rooms are well equipped with everything you may need. Most important ,the kids loved it and we did too. We are waiting to get back there for our next vacation home in Mammoth . Thank you Donna for making it a memorable and a great stay. Kfir

Cant get much better than this!
If you truly want to treat yourself, book a stay at Crooked Pines. I've stayed in dozens of home rentals and this home was perfect. It's a fully custom home with super high end features. Its right on the golf course with beautiful views! It has plenty of comfortable space, a kitchen overstocked with gear, very comfortable bedrooms, overstocked bathrooms, a huge terraced media room with projector for movie nights, pool table, jacuzzi and so on! My family appreciates a nicely appointed rental! We will definitely stay here again.
