We stayed at other budget hotels in the area in the past and Surestay was cleaner by far. The room did not have carpet, so the floors were clean and no musty old carpet smell. We'll be back.

The interior f the property is very clean and updated. Check in friendly. the room was spacious and clean. The only issue we had was very poor lighting in the room. We were told to let the hot water runfor a bit to get hot, which we did, but the shower is a dribble of water.

Great location, wonderful town and surrounding mountains. The only thing a little weird was the very narrow bathroom space. Overall a great motel and location.

The door to the room did not close you had to slam it and the safety latch to secure the door from the inside was not fasten to the door the door to the patio looked like someone kicked it in and it was repaired poorly and the stair well to the back door and the hallways were not very clean

The room was quiet with forest view. No noise. Nice dark room. Our room was big and I loved the floors with no carpet. Breakfast was good. The pocket door for bathroom was annoying. Never stayed open. Bathroom small but very nice. Our room had air conditioning which a lot of properties in Mammoth don't. Very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

A good Hotel for family
A great service, reported to front desk the plug was not working and they had some one fixed on the same day. A free good continental breakfast and free coffee at front desk. We stayed for 2nights, and we are happy 😀

We had a room next to the staurway that was convenient to parking, to our room and breakfast. Unfortunately, their was a bit of stairway noise, fire door closing. Upstairs stomping and our heater fan turning on repeatedly during the night. Room was ok, but could have used a light over the coffee. Microwave area.
