The style is a blend of modern and rustic decorated with traditional Mallorcan details. If you want to relax within the mountains and coasts of Mallorca do not hesitate to visit us.

Es Bellveret is a typical construction of Mallorca with tick stonewalls, wooden beams and high roofs. It has been recently renovated and the style combines typical Balearic architecture with modern decoration.

A gem in the Mallorcan countryside
This finca is a minimalist dream come true. The photos, amazing as they are, do not do justice to the real thing. The house itself is spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped with everything you might need (including a separate barbecue room!) and spacious enough to spend joyous days indoors if the weather ever decides to act up. That said, the outside area is even more breathtaking: The quiet, rural surroundings and the absolute privacy alone are remarkable, but the wonderful landscaping touches are the real icing on the cake. The infinity pool, the hammock and the artful outdoor lighting, all surrounded by the ample natural gardens, are a joy at all times of the day (and, I presume, in all seasons of the year). And all of it was realized in a tasteful, minimalist fashion that makes it super easy to just switch off and just relax. Marian and her husband are wonderful, super-friendly hosts who welcomed us with a fridge filled with all the basics and an absolutely delicious Ensaimada on top. A perfect 10/10 ā€“ thanks for allowing us to come here!

Einfach perfekt.
Besser kann es nicht sein. Wir fĆ¼hlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an willkommen und sehr wohl in dem Haus. Es war alles auƟergewƶhnlich sauber und super ausgestattet. Es fehlte einfach nichts. Das Haus ist sehr gemĆ¼tlich eingerichtet, die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Badezimmer sehr schƶn. Man hatte zu jeder Zeit genug Wasserdruck in den Duschen (hat man, meiner Meinung nach, in den wenigsten HƤusern). Alle GerƤte und das Geschirr in der KĆ¼che waren wie neu. Das Highlight sind aber die AuƟenanlagen und der Pool. Toll beleuchtet und gemĆ¼tliche Sitzmƶbel inkl HƤngematte. Der Pool ist gigantisch und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Es ist ein Salzwasserpool,das bedeutet, keine roten Poolaugen, egal wie lange man im Wasser ist. Marian ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin mit der man gerne Kontakt hatte. Am Anreisetag fanden wir einen Obstkorb, eine Ensaimada und andere Leckereien vor. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schƶne Finca
Tolle, ruhige Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r AktivitƤten an der OstkĆ¼ste und den Naturpark de Llevant. Sehr saubere Finca mit einer guten Ausstattung und einem tollen Startpaket an Obst, Brot, GetrƤnken inkl. Ensimadas. Die Finca bietet genug Platz, der Garten ist groƟ und hat viele Sitzmƶglichkeiten. Der Poolbereich ist auƟergewƶhnlich schƶn. Die Betreuung durch Marian, Joan und das Service Team war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig! Von der Ausstattung fehlt es hier an nichts. Der groƟe Pool ein absolutes Highlight mit einem tollen Ausblick ins grĆ¼ne. In der nƤheren Umgebung bekommt man alles was man braucht. Auch tolle Restaurants gibt es in der Umgebung-auf die Tipps von Marian achtenā€¦. Die Vermieter, Marian und Ihr Bruder, sind zwei absolut liebenswerte und unkomplizierte Menschen und runden das Paket hier perfekt ab. Gerne wiederā€¦.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub
Wir hatten eine sehr schƶne Zeit in dieser ruhig gelegenen Finca und haben uns sofort wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Wer ein Fleckchen abseits von Trubel und Massentourismus sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Kommunikation ohne Probleme. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Vermieter sind sofort erreichbar, falls doch etwas fehlt... Es war alles perfekt fĆ¼r uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Vielen Dank fĆ¼r Alles, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Sehr, sehr schƶn!
Das Haus liegt auf einem HĆ¼gel ungefƤhr 10 Autominuten von Manacor entfernt in absolut ruhiger, hĆ¼bscher Landschaft. AuƟer Vogelzwitschern und Schafen hƶrt man nichts. Innen ist es sehr gemĆ¼tlich eingerichtet und alles funktioniert bestens: Heizung, Wasserdruck der Duschen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine... Die Betten sind die besten, in denen wir auf Mallorca je geschlafen haben. Angenehm fanden wir auch, dass die Decken "richtige" BezĆ¼ge hatten und nicht diese "Laken", die auf Mallorca hƤufig als Schutz von Wolldecken o.Ƥ. dienen. Leider hatten wir im April ziemliches Pech mit dem Wetter, umso wichtiger war es, dass das Haus selbst so gemĆ¼tlich ist. Wegen des ziemlich starken Windes konnten wir leider die hĆ¼bsche Terrasse kaum nutzen. Tipp: Wenn man in der Garage das Tor aufmacht, kann man dort prima windgeschĆ¼tzt sitzen, mit Blick auf die HĆ¼gel, die Schildkrƶte, zwei Hasen... Marian, die Vermieterin, ist ganz reizend und hat uns sehr lieb und gastfreundlich empfangen. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!.

Gepflegter, gemĆ¼tlicher Ruhepol in zauberhafter Landschaft
Wir verbrachten eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus auf dem Lande. Bereits vor der Ankunft war die Kommunikation sehr gut. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und herumgefĆ¼hrt. Die netten Vermieter haben uns mit verschiedensten Leckereien verwƶhnt und so fĆ¼hlten wir uns sofort willkommen und ā€žzuhauseā€œ . Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind hell und gemĆ¼tlich, die Betten unglaublich bequem. KĆ¼che mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir waren Ć¼ber den Jahreswechsel dort und das Haus war hervorragend beheizt. Der Aussenbereich ist vielseitig und wenn es wƤrmer ist bestimmt auch herrlich mit schattigen, aber auch sonnigen PlƤtzchen. Das W-LAN ist schnell und lƤuft einwandfrei. Unser Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert fĆ¼r Ruhe- und Natur-Liebende Zeitgenossen. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, da die Finca inmitten der Landschaft ist und San LlorenƧ sowie Manacor 5-6 km entfernt sind. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ein wundervolles Fleckchen Erde mit herausragenden Gastgebern!
Wo sich Hase und Schildkrƶte gute Nacht sagen... Die Finca liegt absolut ruhig und wundervoll. Man hat das ganze, groƟe GrundstĆ¼ck fĆ¼r sich allein und egal, wohin man schaut, der Ausblick ist fantastisch! Wir haben vor allem die SonnenuntergƤnge hinterm Haus genossen. Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Mir persƶnlich hat vor allem die HƤngematte sehr gut gefallen. Zumindest, nachdem ich den Dreh raus hatte. Der erste Versuch endete mit einer ziemlich uneleganten Bruchlandung. ;-) Aber danach... ein Traumplatz. Immer leicht im Schatten gelegen, kann man es dort den ganzen Tag wunderbar aushalten. Ansonsten war die hochwertige Lounge-Ecke unser LĆ¼mmel- u. Leseplatz. Sie ist wirklich sehr gemĆ¼tlich. Im Innenbereich gehen die superlative weiter. Der Wohnraum ist groƟ, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Fernseher ist hochwertig! Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein nagelneuer Blu-ray-Player zur VerfĆ¼gung gestellt. (Danke nochmal!) Die KĆ¼che ist mit einem groƟen KĆ¼hlschrank mit 3 groƟen GefrierfƤchern, einem Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffee- u. Nespressomaschine, Entsafter und einem Toaster voll ausgestattet. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind geschmackvoll, ruhig und groƟ, beide haben genĆ¼gend SchrankstaurƤume. Das erste SZ hat ein Bad-en-Suite mit Badewanne. Die Bettbreite betrƤgt ca. 1,80m. Im zweiten SZ ist das Bett sogar 2,20m breit. Direkt daneben liegt das zweite Bad. Sehr praktisch. AbschlieƟend gibt es noch eine Garage, die man direkt von der KĆ¼che aus betreten kann. In ihr befinden sich die Waschmaschine und ein groƟer Gasgrill. Die Vermieter sind etwas ganz besonderes! Wir wurden noch nie so herzlich und liebevoll betreut!! Schon mit allerlei Gastgeschenken empfangen, wurde uns auch wƤhrend unseres Aufenthaltes wirklich jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen! Wir kƶnnen Marian und ihre Familie von Herzen weiter empfehlen und hoffen, dass wir sie alle mƶglichst bald wiedersehen! Liebe Marian, vielen lieben Dank fĆ¼r alles!! šŸ˜˜ Nun noch ein paar Worte zur Umgebung: Die Finca liegt zwischen Manacor (dort gibt es 2 Mercadona, Lidl etc.) und dem netten Ɩrtchen Sant Llorenc. Hier kƶnnen wir 3 nette Restaurants mit hervorragendem Essen und eine BƤckerei mit der besten Ensaimada der ganzen Insel empfehlen! Das Meer (Sa Coma, Cala Millor) ist ca. 15 Automin. entfernt. Wer es etwas ruhiger mag fƤhrt zur Cala del Pins (15 Min.). Unsere LieblingsstrƤnde Es Trenc u. Cala Mesquida sind ca. 40 Automin. entfernt. Kurzum: Sehr empfehlenswert!
