Beautiful brand new Mallorcan country house, built in 2012. Its design and construction were made to be a comfortable, elegant and very spacious house.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms. The main room has a large bathroom with shower and bath, terrace and king size bed, the other two rooms have double beds of 1'60x2m.

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with fully equipped dining room, bathroom with shower, room for three people and large living room, equipped with 32 'TV, SAT, DVD and stereo. The living room gives access to a large terrace where the pool is located, with three different depths ideal for children, BBQ and another bathroom with shower.

The house measures about 220 m2 with about 4,000m2 of land.

Family holiday
We had a great stay at the Son Drach villa during May half-term. Margalida was a great host, she was there to welcome us and gave us some tips on places to eat in Porto Cristo. The villa was immaculate with great facilities. The pool isn’t heated but it was still plenty warm enough to have a swim and enjoy it (even for our daughters who are 3 and 5). BBQ area is great too! Villa is only 5min drive to Porto Cristo which has a nice beach and easy to park as well as a couple of supermarkets. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

A lovely villa in a good location
Margalida is a great host. She is there to check you into the gorgeous villa and made sure there was fresh juice and milk for our little ones when we arrived late on a Saturday night. The Villa really is wondeful. The pool, outdoor kitchen and dining area are perfect for a family. We had a wonderful holiday and I certainly recommend it for any family group.

Beautiful villa close to Porto Cristo
Eight of us stayed at Son Drach for a family wedding in Porto Cristo. 6 adults and 2 children. The house is large, comfortable, and very clean. Everything you need is here. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, we didn’t cook much but you certainly could do. The bedrooms are spacious, and the master has a very big en-suite with bath and shower cubicle. The pool is the pièce de résistance, large enough to do lengths, with easy to access via steps for smaller children, we absolutely loved it. Pool towels are provided. We spent long hours under the patio canopy looking over it. Superb. We found the owner to be extremely responsive, and a small issue with an iron was resolved in 10 minutes. The downstairs bedroom has bunk beds, and a double bed but unlike the 3 bedrooms upstairs, has no air con. The owner provided a mosquito net very quickly after we asked for one, we could have done with it from the start, the villa is in open countryside and the mosquitoes are viscous! One small constructive criticism, the master bedroom has a fantastic terrace over looking the pool, but it currently has no furniture so it is unusable. It would be lovely to have a settee and chairs up there We really loved Porto Cristo and Son Drach, and hope to return. Highly recommended.

Beautiful well equipped house with a fantastic sized swimming pool.
Great holiday in this lovely big house shared with our family. The pool is amazing, outdoor cooking area amazing. There were 8 of us and we never felt on top of each other. I would definitely return.

The property is really excellent with al the facilities .The host is good and meets you on arrival and gives you all the information required The property requires you to hire a car and everything is nearby A couple of suggestions be aware that Taxis don't like going the unmade lane as it is quite bumpy so get a taxi that is raised up a bit Other suggestion is there is no maid service during our weeks stay and would suggest that there is one during the week if only to change towels etc Brill holiday never the less

Very quiet and relaxing and OMG, what a POOL!
Directions to the property were spot on and we were met by the host Margalida. We were given a quick tour and were happy with the overall layout of the property. I was a little disappointed that there was only one ensuite bathroom, but it turned out to be fine. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everyone could need to whip up a Michelin style meal or just scrambled eggs. There's aircon in the 3 upstairs bedrooms plus Mosquito nets, but no aircon in downstairs bedroom. We had a few minor problems with toilet handles whilst staying at the villa, but Miguel was on hand to carry out quick repairs. I can't say enough about the pool, it was beautiful and suited us down to the ground, although probably not suitable for young kids as its 1.5m deep throughout, apart from the L shape where the steps are. It's set in a quiet relaxing area just outside of Pirto Cristo (2.5km) so a car is essential. We would definitely recommend Villa Son Drach and would love to return there for another welcome break.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Das Grundstück ist groß, gepflegt und hat Feigenbäume und Kaktusfeigen, die man direkt essen kann – super schön! Der Infinity Pool ist großartig und die ruhige Lage perfekt zum Abschalten. Trotzdem ist man in nur 8 Minuten mit dem Auto im Zentrum von Porto Cristo. Die Küche ist groß und bestens ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, was auch im Spätsommer sehr angenehm war. Besonders gut fanden wir die Grill-Ecke und die Terasse, die wir öfter genutzt haben. Die Vermieterin war super nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

Eine wunderschöne Finca

Tres beau logemenr
Belle maison spacieuse et tres bien entretenue. Tout l equipement necessaire est présent. La piscine est grande et magnifique. Il faut une voiture pour se deplacer . Attention sur les 4 chambres seules 3 sont climatisées et c est un problème car il fait tres chaud.

Top - breite Zufriedenheit
Ein großer und schöner Infinitypool war unser Highlight. Das große Haus war gepflegt und wohnlich. Es hat hier nichts gefehlt. Wichtig wurden uns die Mückennetze über den Betten. Ein Auto ist Pflicht. Zu Fuß kann man die Finca nicht gut verlassen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Sehr schöne Finca + tolles Wetter = Perfekter Urlaub
Wir haben die Finca für drei Wochen gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Problemlose Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin - alles völlig seriös. Es wurde wegen der langen Mietdauer sogar eine kostenlose Zwischenreinigung von Margalida organisiert. Das Haus war in einem guten Zustand. Der BBQ-Grill ist eine tolle Idee und auch die Außendusche und das WC im Außenbereich sind sehr praktisch. Der Pool hat eine super Größe und hatte (obwohl er nicht beheizbar ist) eine Temperatur von ca. 28 Grad, was bei den hohen Temperaturen Ende Juli/ Anfang August für eine angenehme Abkühlung sorgt. Das Obergeschoss des Hauses ist klimatisiert, aber leider das Kinderschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss (noch) nicht. Unsere Kinder sind dann jede Nacht zu uns gekommen, weil sie bei den hohen Temperaturen unten nicht einschlafen konnten. Wir haben tagsüber einfach oben alle Zimmertüren offen gelassen und so dann das ganze Haus runtergekühlt. So war es bei 35 Grad Außentemeperatur dann gut auszuhalten. Insgesamt ein super schönes Haus mit der besten Vermieterin, die man sich nur wünschen kann!

Schönes Haus, sehr ruhige Umgebung und nette Eigentümer! Was will man mehr... Der Pool ist natürlich DAS HIGHLIGHT. Kinder und Erwachsene waren gar nicht da raus zu bekommen! Sehr sauber und grüner als vermutet! Wir würde noch mal hinfahren.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren sehr begeistert von dieser Unterkunft. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles an Ausstattung war vorhanden und die Ansprechperson war überaus freundlich und gab uns viele allgemeine Tipps für die Umgebung. Superb hospitality, spacious and well-equipped house, and a super-nice and clean swimming pool for kids as well as adults. Taxi-service in Porto Cristo could be better, but mostly we used our own cars for tips to town.

Oustanding host and location !
Whoever is not satisfied with Margalida's place is never satisfied in live. The place is outstanding, the pool is a dream, the host is the best we ever had and we had quite some places we visited. Simple example, the internet didn't work when we arrived. It took Margalida less than 1 hr to come along with a qualified technican to fix it. The kichten is ideally equipped all is there. The bbq area is fantastic. The birds in the morning - that was music to our ears. The bathrooms just perfect. Only the mosquitos at night have been some nights challenging, but this is all over the island.

tolles, großes Haus, etwas abgelegen gelegen
Wir waren mit 2 Familien da, 4 Erwachsene, 5 Teenager. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und bietet wirklich ausreichend Platz für 9 Leute. Ein gewisses Manko: das Schlafzimmer im EG, ausgeschrieben für 3 Leute, ist sehr klein und das Bett ist ein 140(?) Doppelbett mit einem Hochbett darüber. Also ein 3er-Metallgestell... Es ging für 3 Kinder, aber schön war das nicht. Der Außenbereich ist wirklich phantastisch und der Pool sucht seines gleichen. Weiterer Hinweis: das 4. "Badezimmer" befindet sich im Poolhaus, also eher ein Außenklo mit Dusche. Aber trotzdem gut und nützlich. Die Lage ist ca. 2-3 KM außerhalb von Porto Cristo, es gibt keine Möglichkeit, irgendwelche Besorgungen oder Gastro ohne Auto zu erreichen.
