A spacious living room and seven bedrooms make this an ideal home for a large family group vacation. It is a house built in 1950 and restored in 2011.
All bedrooms are two single beds, but one bed.
Five bathrooms, outdoor shower and kitchen.

They can cool off in a large swimming pool with sun terrace are at a high level the ground as they took advantage of a old and typical "safareig" Mallorcan.
On the front of the house is a cozy terrace to enjoy a family barbecue, a garden with lawn, or play a game of table tennis or bocce.

It is located on the road between Manacor and Calas de Mallorca, just
Ā 3Km. from Manacor, on the same road as the Rafa Nadal Technification Center and 5Km. from virgin beaches such as Cala Varques, Cala Virgili and 15 minutes by car from Porto Cristo or Romantic Beach.

Great villa
The villa is a great set up, worked well for a family stay. The pool and children's park were great. Ideally the bedrooms would have A/C as we stayed on a very hot week, but other than that it was excellent.

Lovely holiday
The villa was great for our family group of 14. Lots of outside space for the children to play. Everyone enjoyed the pool which was a decent size for swimming. Inma responded immediately when we had queries. The countryside location was in easy reach of lovely bays but you need a car as the villa is well out of town.

Rural property off the tourist trail
Stayed with my children and grandchildren, the villa is beautiful, well equipped, comfortable large beds and lots of break out areas. Kitchen slightly small if you intend to cook at home but weā€™ll equipped. Lovely outdoor space in the shade, lots of room for kids to play. Lovely pool but steps up to it quite steep. Please be aware, A CAR IS A NECESSITY, almost impossible to get taxis to pick up at the property.

Great holiday!
We stayed for 2 weeks in the villa and had a brilliant holiday. The villa is very spacious both inside and out and very clean. The pool was also a good size and there was outdoor space to play games which was perfect for the children. The villa is not far from many beautiful beaches and is near to Manacor, you definitely need a car, the road is fairly busy so cannot walk along it safely. Would highly recommend it!

Komfortabel und zentral gelegen
Das haus war fĆ¼r unsere Gruppe, die aus 5 Erwachsenen und 9 Kindern bestand, sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist zentral. In 10 Minuten mit dem Auto waren wir an wunderschƶnen Badebuchten wie Cala Aguilera. Palma ist in 40 Minuten erreichbar und in den Norden nach Pollenca oder in den Westen nach Valldemossa fƤhrt man auch ca.30-40 Minuten. Wenn wir mal nicht unterwegs waren wurde die Tischtennisplatte sehr hƤufig genutzt und am groƟen Pool, der Ć¼brigens jeden Tag gereinigt wurde, hatten wir SpaƟ und Erholung. Bei so einer groƟen Gruppe haben wir die Alleinlage sehr geschƤtzt. Ein groƟes Lob an Inma, unsere Ansprechperson. Sie hat fĆ¼r uns am Anreisetag eingekauft, weil wir sehr spƤt ankamen und uns auch mit Obst und GemĆ¼se aus der Region als Present Ć¼berrascht. Inma war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten und bei auftretenden Problemen hat sie immer schnell reagiert. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr!

Wir haben mit 13 Personen eine ganz tolle Woche dort verbracht. Kinder und Erwachsene haben eine tolle Finca vorgefunden! Lediglich die WLAN QualitƤt ist echt ausbaufƤhig. Und der vermeintliche LƤrm der StraƟe war eigentlich ganz gut zu ertragenā€¦.aber wir kommen auch aus einer GroƟstadt.

GroƟes Haus mit viel Platz und tollen Vermietern!
Wir haben als Familie mit 14 Personen das Haus gemietet. Vorab haben wir von Inma schon viele Infos bekommen inkl. einer Anfahrtsbeschreibung. Nach Ɯbernahme des Mietwagens haben wir sie angerufen und uns dann ca. 1 Stunde spƤter mit ihr am Haus getroffen. Die Ɯbergabe war sehr professionell und problemlos. Das Haus ist groƟ und hat ein mehr als ausreichendes GrundstĆ¼ck. Der Pool liegt nachmittags etwas im Schatten aber das kann auch an der Nebensaison und damit anders stehenden Sonne liegen. Die KĆ¼che ist gut ausgestattet und zusƤtzlich zum KĆ¼hlschrank dort gibt es am Grill noch mal 2 kleinere KĆ¼hlschrƤnke was sehr praktisch ist fĆ¼r die GetrƤnke fĆ¼r so viele Personen. Kurz alles ist sauber, ordentlich, gut benutzbar und fĆ¼r die Menge an Personen angemessen. Das Haus selbst liegt an einer der hauptverbindungen von Manacor nach Porto Christo, daher herrscht immer relativ viel Verkehr den man leider hƶrt. Zu FuƟ ist kein Restaurante oder Einkaufsmƶglichkeit erreichbar. Da wir aber eh jeden Tag unterwegs waren, war das fĆ¼r uns kein Problem. Von den Zimmern hat eines leider kaum AbstellflƤche und das ist etwas unbequem. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit einem Bett. Nach Anruf bei Inma wurde dies aber umgehend gelƶst und super professionell behandelt! Vielen Dank noch einmal dafĆ¼r! So stellt man sich Service vor! Wir waren sehr happy in dem Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wĆ¼rden allein wegen des tollen Service noch einmal kommen! Danke!

Gut zum Abschalten
Unser Aufenthalt war super. Check-In und Check-Out waren super leicht und reibungslos. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool verbracht und morgens und abends ausgiebig auf der Terrasse gegessen. Das einzige Manko war, dass es keine Klimaanlage gab und zu unserem Zeitpunkt durchweg 36 Grad waren. Ansonsten ein super Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben.

Freunde Urlaub bei Caā€™n Bili
Unser Aufenthalt war mehr als nur toll, wir sind eine Gruppe von 20-24 JƤhrigen gewesen und wir fanden die Aufteilung von dem Haus perfekt, super gerƤumig und genug BƤder fĆ¼r alle. Der Pool super groƟ und mit genug Liegen fĆ¼r 14 Personen! Auch das GrundstĆ¼ck liegt perfekt mitten auf dem Land ohne Nachbarn, also konnten wir auch mal abends die Musik etwas lauter spielen lassen :) Das einzige was negativ aufgefallen ist war das WLAN, das hat am besten im Wohnzimmer funktioniert, hat aber in manche Zimmer und nach drauƟen kaum gereicht, da auch der Handy- Empfang auf der Finca niedrig ist war das auf jeden Fall etwas nervig.. desto trotz hat das dazu beigetragen das die Gruppe nicht so viel am Handy war, was wiederum auch sehr angenehm war!! Die Ausstattung ist auch super wenn man mal kochen will oder mal grillen will. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!!

Tolle groƟe Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind groƟ wobei die Matratzen erneuert werden kƶnnten. Der Pool ist einfach schƶn. Wir waren 24/7 nur drauƟen. Die naheliegende StraƟe war nachts recht ruhig. Der Sternenhimmel war wunderbar. Die Wand zur KĆ¼che kƶnnte man entfernen. Dann hƤtte man eine groƟe WohnkĆ¼che. Dann wƤre es perfekt.

Nous avons passĆ© une excellente semaine. La maison est parfaite pour notre sĆ©jour. Nous Ć©tions 4 familles et il y avait le bon nombre de chambres et de salle de bains, chacun sā€™est senti trĆØs Ć  lā€™aise. Elle est Ć©galement trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e. Il y a tout ce quā€™il faut. Les enfants ont particuliĆØrement apprĆ©ciĆ© lā€™aire de jeux et les jouets mis Ć  disposition et la piscine est un vrai plus. Aussi la maison est au calme et les plages et villes Ć  10 min en voiture. Parfait!

Das Haus hat eine super GrĆ¶ĆŸe, ist recht gepflegt. Wir haben dort eine super Zeit verbracht, CheckIN und CheckOut hat super geklappt, trotz dass wir nachts um 1 angekommen sind - sind wir persƶnlich und super lieb in Empfang genommen worden. Das Objekt liegt genau an der HauptstraƟe (nachts aber kaum Autos da), was natĆ¼rlich tagsĆ¼ber nicht unbemerkt bleibt, da wir aber als Arbeitsteam dort waren und nicht durchgehend am Pool realxen wollten, war das gar kein Problem. Gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

Tolle Unterkunft!
Es war sehr sauber, gemĆ¼tlich und man hatte viel Platz. Der Pool war toll! Nette Gastgeberin. Der Obst- und GemĆ¼sekorb, den wir bei Anreise bekommen haben, war super lecker. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern Vorort. Auch schƶn, der kleine Spielplatz. Gerne nochmal :)
