Very nice staff. Great breakfast spread. My kids absolutely loved the pool with the DJ, bubbles, smoke machine and light show. We’ve stayed in tons of hotels and never had an experience like that. Rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a great stay 🙂

The pool was a hit with the kids! The only thing is someone was smoking on our floor and it made our room smell so bad. And the staff said they would try to find out who was doing it and ask them to stop. Overall pleasant stay. The breakfast was good as well.

Mixed bag in Manchester.
We spent 2 nights visiting family. Plusses: The staff were great, the room clean, with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. The breakfast options were very good and the food was quite good. Flaws: The location is near busy highway and therefore noisy; the walls are thin and lots of noise from floor above and rooms next to ours; dated shower head; no towel racks in the bathroom.

It was quiet and the breakfast was good. The only problem was that the elevator got stuck twice and we had to take the stairs.

The property has a large fitness facility and commercial gym equipment, so if a workout is important when traveling this is ideal. Staff is very friendly. Property is clean but older.

Called several times for airport shuttle, no one answered the phone, had to take an Uber. The pickup at the airport was bad. The shuttle from the property to the airport was in an employee's personal car, that was dirty.
