Fantastic hotel for the airport and especially T2, super room that was much better than expected for a Holiday Inn - can understand why it has good ratings. The in hotel restaurant (firin) was ok but a little more disappointing - staff friendly but portions not generous.

A lovely new hotel that's so convenient for all the terminals. Comfy beds, clean and modern rooms, mode lighting is a great touch in both bedroom and bathroom which is spacious. Definitely will be staying here again if flying out of Manchester.

Great hotel, pleasant reception staff, one lady saw us struggling with cases and opened the door for us. Breakfast good, plenty of choice. Bed comfy. Perfect for terminal 2 but also other terminals as mostly covered walkway. Will stay again when travelling out of Manchester.

I would highly recommend this Hotel. The service and a genuine customer focus was clearly evident, the rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you’d need for a great stay. The restaurant menu was quite comprehensive and for me offered a wide selection of vegan options both for dinner and breakfast.

Stayed here one night ahead of an early morning flight from t3 which was a brisk 10 minutes walk away, breakfast was excellent loads of choice and the fact it opened at 5am meant we could eat here rather than the overpriced rubbish at the airport, The room was nice and comfortable would recommend staying here.

Hotel itself is decent for a pre airport night. They charge £25 for parking, only for you to get a parking fine a couple of weeks later. ‘Oh if you don’t get another letter it’s sorted’. Not good enough. Needs a more robust system for parking that doesn’t end up in people getting fined despite having already paid.

Excellent customer service, large, clean bedroom, noisy unfortunately due to guests. £25 for overnight parking was a shocker and did not expect this - especially as a paying guest. This needs looked at as it will put customers off from returning. Other airport hotels don’t charge their staying guests anything like this amount to park over night.
