Has potential, like all toddlers.
Motivated to review as I see I would be first to do so. I can only assume this is because it is new to Hotels.com. It has teething problems if this is the case. It is very convenient to Old Trafford for the cricket. My major beef is with Hotels.com for not informing me of the hidden fees, which are steep - 55GBP extra for "weekly" (even if you stay 2 days), seperate, cleaning and linen fees. When I booked, the latter was not mentioned and the former was lower. Hotels.com admitted this but no offer of a refund was forthcoming. Getting in with codes late at night would be problematic. The property managers were decent folk - all the preliminary correspondence comes on a little hard with warnings about how you treat the premises and large deposits. I presume this is to scare off soccer hooligans and riff raff who might be intent on partying big time. I am neither riff nor raff. They dealt with the issues, in a polite way, that arose viz. an electricity outage, no bath towell, no internet (actually this never eventuated), eventually by having to physically turn up at the property. They are not near the site so this took a while and a few phone calls. The premises itself is on 2 levels (so if you have trouble with stairs to bedroom and major bathroom it would be an issue). It's in pretty good nick and has a kitchen which I appreciated, having survived on highway food for too long.
