Good value hotel
Hotel was fine. Just what was needed for a concert at Apollo. Staff very helpful and allowed us an early check in. Hotel a bit isolated in an industrial area but near enough walk to Piccadilly.

The desk staff are always very polite and helpful but breakfast staff seem miserable, stressed and overwhelmed. Upon checking in we asked if there were any available upgrades or late checkouts options and we were told no as the hotel was completely booked for the weekend, but we were offered some drinks vouchers. When we got to our room we noticed we had a twin room rather than a double.. this stay was for our 5th anniversary. Our room thermostat was broken and wouldn't work so our room was uncomfortably hot for the first night.. when we told the night staff on the Saturday night they remotely fixed it and told us it was been completely shut off, but should now work, which it did overnight but by the morning had switched off again and our room was so hot I almost passed out. Our bathroom shower looked a bit grubby around the base unit. Breakfast is always lovely and the hotel always smells wonderful. Overall we love the Leonardo and will continue to visit but just a few details occasionally let it down.

From start to finish my stay at the Leonardo was excellent as I had a little issue with my room and David on reception sorted it out in no time along with giving me an upgrade due to the inconvenience of having to change rooms after a long day travelling. I would stay there again as long as David is on reception.

Was a very pleasant stay with a nice room, good food and great staff. On the last day after checking out we were able to store all our luggage and shopping there free of charge and collect it later in the evening before catching our train home at nearby Piccadilly station.
