Ive stayed in novotel before in different cities so had an expectation of what it would be like. I booked out of convience for an event I was attending. The check-in process was ok there was a queue on arrival and for that there was a short wait. I would suggest having a self checkin kiosk available or another desk to help with the wait times. Once checked in i went to my room on the 4th floor. For one night the room was ok but i could tell there were elements of wear and tear in places and a few stains to the chair by the TV. I ordered room service early that evening was easy to do by scanning the menu on the desk however this took an hour to come by which point i couldnt enjoy it as i had to leave for my event. I did send a message on the app to ask for eta but had I not done this it may have come later than expected which isnt great. I think the app is handy but for food orders having a timer on when it will be recieved avoids having to chase up. The shower was great very hot so no issues there. The bed was some what uncomfortable so I didnt have the best sleep. Breakfast was good with a good choice of hot food , cold and hot drinks, bakery items and cold fruit. Overall this was ok location is great but I probably wouldnt book for an extended stay more than one night.
