We have stayed at this property in the past and it has gone downhill significantly since the last time. The rooms smelled musty and moldy, there was a hole in the floor of our room and we had ZERO water pressure. Definitely will not be back.

Lady at desk was rude unfriendly and messed up our days we lost over a hundred im a vet

No elevator at all. Had to ask for towels or any housekeeping and would only get 2 towels per day. Train whistle very loud at night and early morning.

It was a nice place to stay in Manchester. Not perfect, but mostly well maintained, nice beds, and decent morning breakfast. Price was good for the 3 of us as my sister slept on the sofa bed so it worked.

The room was fine but the door didn't latch properly. Beds were comfortable.
