The receptionist was very polite, cute and helping. That’s where the good things stop. The hotel is outdated and not taken care off at all. The room doors are so flimsy and not secure at all, you can hear everything as if they are next to you, the room floor was full of dust and sand, they have air conditioning but despite having a controller you cannot change the temperature you can only turn it on from the switch on the wall. The bathroom was tiny and the bathroom floor was leaning on one side, the bedsheets have been washed so many times that feel like paper, in a very noisy place with neighbours yelling and doing whatever until 2:00 in the night. TV not working half of the lights also not working. The furniture is wooden and half broken. The hotel has no elevator either. The beds are broken and twisted, they are even missing screws, same with all the wooden boards above the beds, we had one fall off by putting our mobile phone on top of it. In all honesty I cannot understand why Expedia allows for such properties to be listed on their site. Definitely not worth the price, as for the communication before check in is simply non existent. As if they don’t care if you arrive or not as long as they get paid. Terrible experience, only thing working and being worthy at is the staff.
