Das Haus steht inmitten einer abgeschlossenen Siedlung oberhalb vom Gardasee. Von der Dachterrasse aus kann man den See über die anderen Häuser hinweg sehen. Das Haus wurde wohl 2023 komplett saniert und modern eingerichtet, ideal für 2 Personen. Große Fenster lassen viel Licht hinein, eine moderne Küche lässt einem bei Kochen Spaß haben, die kleine Dusche ist mit einer Regenbrause ausgestattet und ein bequemes großes Bett sorgt für guten Schlaf. Der Strand ist über einen kurzen Weg durch die Siedlung und über eine Treppe nach unten zu erreichen. Die Promenade zieht sich über einen sehr langen Abschnitt und grenzt nicht nur an Campingplätze. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten schön Essen zu gehen oder einfach nur an einer Bar am Wasser was zu trinken. Für uns ein absoluter Vorteil, dass wir das Auto kostenfrei auf einem zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz abstellen konnten.

Das Appartement ist im 1. Obergeschoss und hat aĺles was man braucht. Für 2 Personen perfekt. Schönen Seeblick von der Dachterrasse. Die Terrasse ist über eine schmale Treppe über den Balkon erreichbar. Der Garten ist schön, auch mit 2 Liegen ausgestattet. Ggf muss man diesen jedoch mit der Wohneinheit im Erdgeschoss gemeinsam nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin was sehr nett und unkompliziert.
