Sit in an adirondack chair reading a book-tablet or jump on a paddleboard or kayak to explore inside the reef. Free Starlink WiFi access makes it easy to work remotely as needed. Direct TV linked to house for rainy days. House caretakers are local professional fishing guides and will take care of your interests. You can hire them for boat fishing or snorkel trips. Four bicycles allow you to explore the local culture and get groceries. Airport is located 300 yards from house, so ability to land walk to house, no car needed. Large blue hole is located 200 yards from house that attracts many types of fish, dolphins, rays and barracudas. Outdoor shower for washing salt water off during the day. Cornhole and golf wedges to chip balls for entertainment. Ability to walk to grocery and liquor store, only .50 miles away in Moxey Town.
