I was disappointed in the fact that I had to pay a resort fee when there was no pool in the hotel wasn’t giving resort vibes at all! Definitely overpriced. The elevator kept breaking down and we were on the fifth floor, so as you can imagine it was a lot. At one point, we had one elevator working, but it was also very tiny, and we found ourselves elevator with too many people at multiple occasions. One of the lamps in my room also wasn’t working and when we called about it, it was actually an electrical problem so we had to enjoy our stay with minimal lighting. However, The room was very clean and it was a very convenient area and I found it easy to get to all my destinations from the location.

Close to Times Square and train stations. But the room is quite small and seems outdated. The aircon was right next to my bed so my legs were frozen but if you turned it off it would be too hot. These resort fees are something they made up. It doesn’t reflect what you supposedly pay for… Slow elevators only 2 for a 26 floor hotel. I’d give it 2.5 stars for quality but with 4 star prices.

The staff was always friendly and helped whenever I had questions . The kids and I really enjoyed the ba k patio and the games they had for them to play . They made getting to the Statue of Liberty easy and to the airport as well .

Felt very safe staying at this hotel with my two kids. Super close to Times Square and Penn Station. Would absolutely recommend! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was cute and clean.

We had a great stay. It was however time consuming to wait for lifts in the morning having stairs as an option to get to and from our room would have been appreciated. The breakfast was very good and the staff helpful and friendly

It was fine. There were a few issues (coffee machine in lobby didn't work, streaming to TV didn't work, room wasn't ready at check-in). Expedia tried to help by offering a voucher for free drinks but the bartender was so nasty it put me off.

Lovely Hotel great location, Steph was amazing. The only problem is my bathroom door wouldn't stay open so I had to block it open because I don't like the bathroom door being shut but that's my own issue. But nice hotel convenient as I said no frills but it was lovely and it was in a great location for a great price

This hotel is located just a few blocks from Penn Station which was very convenient. It is also close to Hudson Yards and other attractions. The concierge service was extremely helpful in both information and assisting with transportation. The rooms were clean and housekeeping service was responsive. Very comfortable beds. The only draw backs were the elevators - very busy and always full with over 27 floors in the hotel. Hotel breakfast was very good but confusing setup - ordering in bar area and where to sit. Once we knew that - it was fine. Clear signs would be a welcome improvement and I think save guests and staff some frustration. Overall a good experience.

The hotel itself is nice and in a good location. Downsides - the rooms were a lot smaller than expected, can just about fit 2 people max, if you're more than 2 people sharing a room, I would not recommend. No wardrobe / mini fridge. Didn't appreciate the $25 daily charge that was enforced on us - hotel tried to fob it off as 'complimentary extras' - complimentary extras that you're actually paying for. $25 a day for a pair of cheap slippers, popcorn and a daily $10 bar tab - no thank you. Also, if you plan on booking an airport transport through the hotel, be mindful that you're paying for a SHARED SHUTTLE - we were not advised of this upon booking and would not had booked had we known as the charge was the same price as private taxi! Overall, we had a pleasant stay, majority of the staff were nice, but I'm not sure if I would stay again.
