Overall good. I was very surprised when the steet was locked down and no one informed us. I eventually figured that out and walked to the top of the street for a taxi. You would think someone would tell you seeing you are waiting with luggage outside.

Employees and property was great! Well maintained and within walking distance of Time Square and shopping. Will be visiting next year and will stay at this same location.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Several conversations with staff who were helpful with directions and dinner recommendations (Ben & Jack's steak house). I locked myself out of my room and the front desk was helpful and I met security at my door, they checked my id that I left in the room and everything was fine. Breakfast buffet with fresh omelette, fresh fruit (hugh blackberries) and tasty bakery items, attentive and warm staff. Top notch all the way.
