This is a good place to stay away from busy loud Aggieville. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good with clean area to eat in. We even saw a lady come and take temp on the cooked food choices to make sure they were good. We would stay here again.

It Isn't close to shopping, or restaurants, but is next to a road that goes directly to kstate campus or shopping/dining places.

The shower head was gross, old, rusty, and leaked - basically minimal water pressure. The towels were old cheap looking towels. Do not recommend staying here.

Good for the money - loved the comfy bed
Good location, free parking, comfortable bed. The water temp was not good, but I like it fairly hot. I was on the 2nd floor so I thought maybe it would take a bit to warm up, so I let the faucet run. Unsuccessful. Did see a small work-out facility as well as a conference center. Did not use either, but a nice feature to have. Breakfast in the morning was good - had a variety of things to choose from.

Very nice budget property. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly. The only issue was the gym... it's pretty tired!

The elevator was out of service and we were on the third floor. They only clean rooms on certain days and ours did not get cleaned even on the day it should have. It was a good hotel overall. We stayed 4 nights and would stay again.

We actually needed to check in early because of an issue we had and the male at the front desk was absolutely helpful and went above and beyond to help as much as he could. Would absolutely stay there again.
