Besides a nice helpful employee named Nicole, no one was helpful or kind. Our AC wasn’t working the first day, which makes travelling with a 1.5 year old unbearable. They offered to switch us rooms as an “upgrade.” No real solution was answered, they didn’t help with bags as we moved rooms. The hotel room is falling apart and the sheets were NOT clean. Thankfully I always bring my own. I wouldn’t return or recommend this place.

Very accessible to the transportation system, for such a busy area part of manhattan I felt very safe staying at the Sheraton. The only thing that changed from when I went a year prior was having to pay for the wifi in the rooms which was unfortunate and difficult for someone who is just visiting and trying to contact family back home.. other than that it was a great stay, would return here again!

A typical big city hotel, convenient to midtown Manhattan. Felt very crowded at times. The lobby felt a little like the central area of a cruise ship! Nice room, skyscraper views.

It was an amazing experience and we are so grateful for all the support and efforts that staff put in to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Amazing location and very friendly staff. Amazing hospitality and house keeping ladies are the best. Even the guy on reception gave us an upgrade on the room. Beds was so comfortable and rooms were clean. We loved it and definitely going back there. Thank you for being so helpful Sheraton. Location was also amazing right near to Times Square and subways.

Don't know why this property has received some poor reviews. Place is a solid 9/10. Room was actually ready for us at 2:30. Good size room for a NYC hotel. Staff was super helpful when needed. Subway right outside. Walking distance to a number of theaters. Times square is right there. Central Park,10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and shopping right there on 7th Ave. Only issue was with the guy working in the gift shop. Dude obviously doesn't like his job! I would definitely stay there next time!

This place looks nothing like in the pictures our queen size beds were actually full size beds. Decor is horrible. Would not ever recommend
