Perfect location in midtown. Amazing view of the Chrysler building right when you go outside. The concierge sent dessert to our room after finding out it was my wife’s birthday. Very nice touch and something you don’t really see much these days. Would definitely return.

I will stay here again. This hotel was so nice and centralized. Grand Central is so close. We took the subway everywhere. Battery Park, Yankees game, Hudson Yards, Chinatown, Airport, etc. So much is in walking distance too. Great place, Great location.

Top tier experience compared to the first hotel we booked and had to stay in for a night. We will stay at this hotel next time we visit NY, easy walking to Grand Central, national banks on the same block, 24hr CVS on same block for quick response to needs. Hotel staff was top tier, took care of every need. Rooms were satisfactory for what you would expect to see on arrival. Glad we found this hotel, thank you Westin!

We arrived mid morning knowing that it was way too early for our room to be available. We headed downtown for some sightseeing. Received a text not long after letting us know our room was available! Excellent hotel as expected by Westin, rooms are of really good size per new york standards . Location is perfect. My only small complaint would be that the breakfast was very underwhelming, however it wasn’t hard to head to a local eatery nearby.
