This hotel is wonderful! Great location, the staff is so incredibly kind, the rooms are beautiful, and the bar is awesome! We had 3 people in a Luxe King Suite and it was perfect. The only suggestion I have is the pull out sofa bed squeaks incredibly bad- I saw in a different review that they were going to look into it, but they must not have because it’s LOUD! Other than that- we would stay here again!

The property and view of the balcony is beautiful but management is horrible. During my stay, security knocked at my door at 1am and demanded for me to open the door with explanation. I had to get NYPD involved and after we handled the situation, not 1 employee apologized for the incident. I do not recommend. Do not stay here! Spend your money elsewhere.

I did not like that I had a Murphy bed to sleep on. They charged way too much for a Murphy bed. I did not like this additional charge I got as soon as I checked in. I asked what it was for and they told me it was an additional fee for the money lost during COVID. Then there was another fee that I may or may not get back. I’m not sure what that was for, but I was afraid to use anything in my room for fear that I was going to be charged more. Location was out of the way and I didn’t feel safe walking. Construction was going on and I would wake to jack hammering. Overall I was not happy with my stay.
