Charming cottage renovated with care, classified 3 stars, facing South, panoramic view of the mountains: La Tournette, Sulens and Charvin.

Nestled in the middle of the trees, away from the road and noise. This chalet is an ideal place for a pleasant stay in the mountains in an exceptional environment 10 minutes walk from the slopes.

It is ideally located in Manigod, a charming Savoyard village where the three-star chef Marc Veyrat opened his 5-star establishment "La maison des Bois", near the village of La Clusaz (4km) and its vast ski area.
The ski bus stops at 100m: you will therefore quickly access the slopes of La Croix Fry - Merdassier directly connected to the area of La Clusaz (green slope).

Fabulous stay in the mountains
We had a wonderful time in this cosy, rustic chalet with impeccable views. It was great for two families and had everything we needed. Only things to watch out for are head heights - there are lots of low level ceilings and so not great for very tall people and lots of steep steps so not brilliant if you have any mobility issues at all. However for a stay very near to the Croix Fry lifts, easy ski hire, slopes, cross country ski and delightful walks it was perfect.

Conforme à la description
Chalet conforme à la description, sous le col de la CroixFry. Bonne implantation pour des randos pédestres ou vtt sur le plateau de Beauregard et sur le col de Merdacier. la Clusaz à vingt minutes pour d’autres possibilités… Approvisionnement à Thones, au pied du col, vingt minutes également. Bonne communication avec les gérants et la propriétaire. Réception internet faible vitesse, réception télévision par satellite également faible.

Pour bien apprécier la beauté des Aravis
Chalet isolé entre le village de Manigod et le col de La croix Fry, vue magnifique sur la montagne. Le chalet est très bien équipé (a priori rien ne manque) et avec un électro ménager de qualité, un grand plus avec le sauna au rez de chaussée. Idéalement placé pour les randonnées et le vélo / vtt, il mériterait toutefois un petit rafraîchissement. En l'état, il reste néanmoins fort agréable et fonctionnel, et nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Bonjour Michel est une personne très accueillante est sympathique ! Le chalet est idéalement situé pour faire des randonnées et aller se balader. Et il est seulement à 10 min de la Clusaz. Le chalet est très spacieux et parfaitement équipé il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour plusieurs jours comme pour plusieurs semaines de vacances. (Équipement pour cuisiner, laver et sécher le linge etc…. Et en plus le sauna a été très apprécié !) Seul petit bémol, les 200€ de frais de ménage imposé alors que certains endroits n’était pas niquel à 100%. C’était propre tout de même mais pas parfait sur ce point, où en tout ça cela ne valait pas les 200€ de ménage… Merci pour ce beau séjour nous y reviendrons sûrement avec plaisir été comme hiver

Merveilleux chalet chaleureux
Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille dans le chalet Picea! Très bien équipé, très propre et très bien situé à une minute des pistes en voiture , ou 15 min à pied . Tout la famille s y sentait bien des plus petits aux plus grands . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci à Michel pour son accueil et sa flexibilité !

Très beau chalet avec belle vue
Le chalet est très beau et très bien équipé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'ambiance ainsi que la vue. L'accueil par une jeune femme était très agréable en revanche la remise des clés lors du départ était un peu "étrange" avec un monsieur qui ne monte même pas se présenter et qui attaque directement une sorte d'état des lieux (qui n'avait pourtant pas été fait lors de notre arrivée) pour ensuite nous vendre son livre.. ? Nous pensions d'abord à un petit cadeau ou autres, mais non. Juste quelques détails au niveau du chalet, nous regrettions la taille des lits (140 cm) mais celle-ci est clairement indiquée dans le descriptif ainsi que l'état des matelas (certains gondolant clairement). Enfin, la salle de douche du bas ne présente aucune aspiration fonctionnelle, l'humidité y est donc très élevée, vous devrez impérativement laisser les portes ouvertes. Enfin, pour l'accès, prévoyez une voiture à l'aise sur sentier caillouteux.

7 jours dans ce chalet et ses environs et chaque jour une expérience nouvelle. - Une arrivée ensoleillée et fin de journée sur le balcon du chalet pour le plaisir des yeux sur vue panoramique. - une première journée de ski sur les pistes de la croix fry sous un soleil printanier. - un baptêmes en chiens de traineau au col des Aravis, puis déjeuner en terrasse vue sur le Mont blanc. - Journée sur Annecy et Talloires pour le plaisir du lac - Randonnée jusqu'à de magnifiques chutes non loin de Manigod. - Promenade dans la neige et descente en luge avec les petits. Bref... Le paradis !

Très bonne semaine ensoleillée Accès à la station facile avec les enfants Nous avons garé facilement les 3 voitures Malgré la navette à proximité, nous avons préféré prendre les voitures pour emmener le matériel de ski et les enfants Chalet impeccable pour 3 couples et les enfants. A l’entrée, une pièce chauffée permettant de se changer et se déchausser Lits confortables et pièces à vivre assez grandes Seul bémol, escaliers un peu raide pour moi et les enfants Cuisine équipée correctement Je recommande ce chalet pour les grandes familles

Vue superbe sur les montagnes
La vue du chalet est absolument magnifique ! Le chalet est au calme, en hauteur, avec une vue dégagée. Le chemin d’accès est toutefois périlleux en cas de neige fraîche! La navette pour accéder à la station est en contre bas du chalet, ce qui n’est pas forcément très pratique avec les chaussures de ski… elle passe 1 fois par heure, même moins selon les créneaux. nous avons donc fait le choix de nous rendre en voiture jusqu’au pied de la station. Beaucoup de places pour se garer donc ça n’a pas été un problème. Station de ski de pistes, de fond et départ pour des balades en raquette facilement accessibles. Le chalet est bien équipé, le sauna est super agréable après la journée de ski. Le hammam est dans la douche à jet, donc moins agréable / pratique pour se délasser. Globalement un très bon séjour, même si le prix est un peu élevé par rapport à ce que nous avons pu avoir dans d’autres logements

Agréable séjour.
Très beau chalet. Au calme. Attention au chemin d'accès. Verglas important et presque impraticable en cas de neige fraîche même avec pneus neige et chaînes. Petite source de stress à chaque chute de neige. Mais très agreable pour que les enfants jouent dehors sans risque.
