i recomend the place, breakfast was ok not many option, the staff is amazing; they said they have sound proof on rooms but i dont think so, we hear people screeming from hall way or there rooms. but all in all place is clean great location super close to MALL OF ASIA, i recomend :)

The hotel itself is clean and properly maintained. I liked their complete toiletries. Conveniently located near Mall of Asia. The only thing I didn't like is the stagnant water under the bridge near the hotel. It has kind of stagnant water and so stinky. I wish they would clean the water or do something to make it looks clean. Other than that, our stay was great!

I like their buffet breakfast. Though , I was a little frustrated that they were not considerate with their guest in regards to a request of early checking in unlike other hotels I had stayed before. We had 16 hour flight and was requesting to be checked in early and they wanted us to pay extra though the room would be ready an hour before the actual check in time. I was in the hotel at around 8 am but they said , the room would be ready at 1 pm but I had to pay extra charge which did not make any sense since the actual check in time is 2pm. I was not happy with their customer service.

They keep asking money for 3rd people . Online they dont mention that 2 adults and 2 lids only 4 occupants .. i spent more . Next time wjll not chk.in on that hotel..if i have visitors they keep asking if they will spent night. Omy God.. iother hotelndont do that.. will not go back again. Charge to experience.. asking dep even i already paid off.. terrible..
