Richmonde Hotel staff are absolutely fantastic! Really makes you feel special - very helpful and friendly. I can understand why the rating of the hotel's infrastructure may be lower but whenever we found issues, the staff were very quick to attend to it. Hope they can find a better way to test room functionality before guests find the faults but otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. The staff, once again, were all amazing!

The rooms have been updated since the last time we stayed there in November 2022. The area around the hotel has an assortment of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores so if you forgot anything, you can readily buy it there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will plan to stay again when we fly back to Manila.

Good place near the Eastwood city. If you have office in Eastwood then this is the best hotel to stay. My office was just 2 mins walk from hotel. There are many nice food places and Robinsons nearby.

The white Towels are so old and almost gray in color. We asked for extra towels but was told only one is complimentary.they’ll charge for the other towels. Bathroom is old and towel rack’s rusty.

I wish the hotel's age didn't show in its stained and dirty carpet. It was also quite obvious with the grime in the bathtub. My 3 night stay had to be cut short to one night hence my high review for the staff. Everyone was helpful yet there was nothing they can do with the condition of the facility.
