Excellent hotel to stay at. Getting to the hotel was a breeze! We only stayed one night and had a very late check in. The hotel staff were very accommodating with the late check in. Wanted a good Filipino breakfast- this was disappointing but over all breakfast experience was ok at the hotel. We also had stored our luggage for a few hours to do some errands and this was so convenient. We did our errands, meet our relatives and had lunch. Overall this was a close to perfect score for us! Will stay here again in February (hotel staff already commented and thanked us for staying again in the future).

The food tasted amazing at this hotel! Best Filipino food we’ve had. The room was beautiful modern design however, the shower had no ventilation. They had security and every bag and luggage had to go through a machine which we felt comfortable and safe.

Don't stay here.
Black mold in the shower. Water temperature cycles from cold to very hot. The breakfast buffet was the absolute worst I've had.

The sheets on the bed were damp as if they did not let them dry long enough before putting them on the bed. The internet in that section of the hotel was not working. I have stayed at this location many times in the past and have never felt compelled to rate this hotel at any rating less than excellent. Hopefully this will be a one time occurrence. I will definitely use them again.
