Friendly, caring, knowledgeable staff. Very clean and comfortable hotel and room. 2 restaurants on site with a lot of other options within the walking distance. Valet parking is a must - as Manitou Springs does not have a lot of public parking. Views are beautiful

I really loved this hotel! I would like to give it 4.8 stars, but the star system doesn't allow. 0.2 stars less, as I found the servicing of my room by staff was not consistent. I highly recommend drinks of the porch and dinner there (I did not eat breakfast or lunch there).
