They whole 2 weeks here ive been without towels tissue sheets.but most of all its about the towels i have 3 kids and i wake up asking at 11am to 4:50 and still no towels for 2 days in a roll...

This property has numerous code violations, empty/expired fire extinguishers, exposed electrical, missing or underrated safety rails to name a few. The beds have at least an eight inch sunken center. I also witnessed several drug deals occur in the few minutes I was at the property.

The floors was dirty towels was wrinkle like someone use them I reserved two rooms I got one and when we tried to get things straight for the other room gave the wrong key the second time someone was inside that room

This is a cute place to stay. It has a full studio feel however no pots pans or dishes to use the kitchenette. However it was cute and comfy and pet friendly!

When we arrived we checked in. This place did not have a check-in desk so you check in at their other property. The front desk sent us across town to our room only to find out that she gave us the wrong room so when we opened the door there were people in the room sleeping. They made arrangements for us to stay at their other property but it was not clean, full of dog hair, and the shower was dirty. Will never stay here again!!

There is no one staffing this property in the evenings or weekend. I had to drive to North Mankato to retrieve key While I was there I encountered 4 other people who were trying to check in to other properties but had keys that did not work. Staff was inefficient and spent more time talking to friends than serving customers. I had to drive back to N. Mankato office on Sat. to retrieve my driver's license which clerk left on copy machine and to "borrow" broom and dust pin for room clean up.

Storage Shed Nightmare
It's a storage shed converted into rooms with a bathroom and a useless kitchenette, it is NOT a studio nor is it a Suite. When we arrived there was no one there, called the number on the door, had to go to another hotel about 3 miles away to check in, the clerk was very friendly and extremely helpful . Got our key drove back to the shed, the key did not work! Called the number back the clerk came to the shed with 3 different keys for room 20 none of which worked, he had another key for room 35 it worked, Got into the room and there was no carpet on the floor just the cement slab of the storage shed although they had one hanging from the wall. The kitchenette was useless there was nothing to cook with, there wasn't any glassware, silverware, yet they had dish soap and 2 cascade pods for the dishwasher. Parking was horrible. The advertise with a picture of a nice room so people will book, they should post a picture of the shed, post their hours and post so people know they have to go to a nice hotel to get their keys to go back to sleep in a shed. It's false advertising at best.

The people were amazingly friendly! We didn't realize in the picture that the room had cement floors. Which is cold in the winter that would have been better if there were rugs that would be fine. There was no nightstand or coffee pot there should be more mirrors. But the comforters and bedding and those things were clean and new looking!

Clean, good service and it has everything you could need for a overnight stay. There was a little kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and stove. I really liked the place.

We arrived at the hotel and the office was closed. Apparently you have to check in at another location but there was no instructions telling us to do so. We had to call the emergency number left on the answering machine of the office. Hotel was in a sketchy part of town too and the room smelled like cigarettes and cleaning chemicals. Overall a terrible choice to book... way better options in town.
