Awesome place to stage up for a Toledo Bend fishing adventure. All around great place to stay and hang out, watch the sunset and fish from the dock.

Our family had a nice time. We loved being right on the lake with our own dock. House was clean and comfortable. Houses are really close together. There’s a run-down property a few lots away. Otherwise, neighborhood seems fine. Friendly people—no issues!

Trip was great and nice place but a few inconveniences. There was no water at dock to clean fish, weeds overgrown on stairs. The exterior doors do not stay closed unless locked with deadbolt which could be an issue with smaller kids.
