Surfers Retreat offers one of the most spectacular waterfront locations in Manyana and the Redhead Villages.

Step back in time and enjoy our original 70’s Surfers Retreat located directly above Dulcies Beach with spectacular views of Green Island. Walk down your own private stairs and relax in the Champagne Pool, exploring rock pools, fishing , surfing, beach cricket, swimming or maybe roast marshmallows by the fire.

Approx. 500 metres walk to South Bendalong beach and Manyana Main Beach this house has everything for a great holiday.

There is plenty of space for the whole family with spacious open plan lounge and dining room which features a large lounge, TV, reverse cycle air conditioning, 8 seater dining table, with board games and books for your entertainment ( if you can stop looking at the view). The retro kitchen is huge and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, double fridge/ freezer with ice/water dispenser, microwave etc…. And breathtaking views to the horizon.

There are two queen bedrooms upstairs with built in wardrobes and a two way bathroom with full sized bath, separate shower and laundry in the connecting room.  Also separate toilet.

Downstairs is a large self-contained area, one bedroom with 2 king single beds and another with a Tri-Bunk and king single connected by internal stairs with  large games room including TV, lounges, separate kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet (no bath) perfect for teenagers. This level also has amazing water views with a deck directly off the games room and a separate entrance leading to the beach. Linen is supplied just pack your beach towel

The outdoor waterfront decks is where this property really shines, with the perfect sized fully enclosed courtyard as you enter  which leads to your upstairs deck with sun lounges and  alfresco dining,   Side stairs lead to an  enormous lower entertaining deck that is perfect for yoga retreats and group activities.

Large secure double lock up garage with surfboard racks is perfect for storing all your boards, wetsuits, fishing rods, diving gear etc for easy access.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.

Bendalong corner store/bottle-shop/cafe is 5 minutes away by car, or there's The Deli Cunjurong for a morning coffee and essentials, open during peak summer months.

Manyana Beach is excellent for surfing, and there is easy access to Inyadda Beach and Cunjurong Point. Green Island at Cunjurong Point is a classic surfing spot with waves giving up to 50 metre rides with the occasional barrel in the right conditions.

Thinking of adventuring the area?
The historic Milton township which is approximately 20 mins drive has many places for a day out and many beautiful cafes and restaurants with a wide variety for you all to enjoy. The local IGA is also located in Milton with a great selection of local produce as well as a bottle shop. There are many gift and boutique clothing shops for that something special to remind you of your great holiday on the South Coast.

Ulladulla which is a further 7 minutes south of Milton has a large variety of supermarkets, K Hub, Best and Less as well as the picture theatre and the Dunn and Lewis Centre for 10 Pin bowling and other activities. The harbour of Ulladulla also has a boat ramp and is great to sit and have lunch or let the kids have a paddle in the water.

Walking tracks!
Are you in to bush walking? Pigeon House Mountain Didthul walking track is one of the best walks in Morton National Park and on the south coast. The walk is in the park’s southern section the terrific views making this walk worthwhile!
You’ll hike through forest, heathland and age-old sandstone before coming to the best part – negotiating a series of ladders that lead you to the summit and the view.
Take in the captivating sight of cliffs and gorges within the Budawang Wilderness, all carved by the Clyde River. On clear days, you may be able to see as far as Jervis Bay and Bermagui. You might even spot a lyrebird along the final portion of the track, where you can also check out rare Pigeon House Ash eucalypts.

Beaches!
Manyana has a wide variety of beaches such as Washer Woman's beach, Manyana beach Cunjurong beach and Inyadda beach. Or visit Mollymook Beach which is patrolled during the summer holidays, as well as the beautiful Narrawallee beach. Also around the area we have many beautiful lakes which are great for Kayaking, SUP or even launching the boat. These being Burrill Lake, Lake Conjola, Berringer Lake and Narrawallee Inlet. There is an unexplainable amount of different activities in the area one day is not enough!
