From the moment we arrived it was a mess. There was no one to help with the valet parking. Once you enter the lobby it took nearly an hour to check in! The staff were infriendly amd no info was provided regarding the hotel, activities or or amenities. I felt like l was bothering them honestly. The hotel/room were okay. There were hardly any activities (or they did a horrible job advertising it) would not return.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Most did not speak English, but key personal did. Any language barriers were dealt with a smile and mutual attempts to communicate. Grounds are lovely. Room was beautiful with a terrace (chrome cast worked well). All Inclusive limitations need to be explained better on their website and upon check in (ie restaurant access & booze selection). Even with the above issues, we had a wonderful time.

I love the beach at las Hadas. The Hadas is a beautiful little town. The food is good and the omelette lady wow so delicious we gave gar tips. Sadly the staff is not friendly, they don’t smile and don’t say Hi. The waitresses don’t pay attention to the guest. We always take Mexican bills to give tips to everyone , we’ll this visit we didn’t give tips. Well just one, just one waitress named Fernando was so nice and treat us so good and made us feel special that he made our day, we gave him good tips. I don’t know how management is treating the employees, because everyone looks unhappy and they send this feeling to the guest.
