This unit has granite counters and contemporary cabinets and a beautiful California King size bed with 100% cotton bedding. The kitchen is well equipped with all the comforts of home. There is a dining table with seating for three. A large leather loveseat invites you to retire to after dinner and enjoy the flatscreen TV and Bamboo shades on the sliding glass doors tuck you in for the night. When we first checked in we had some issues but the property owner made sure to correct the issues. The reason for the four was the chairs at the outdoor table were worn and the fabric was torn and looked like it would cause you to fall through the chair. The upstairs patio was awesome. I would definitely Recommend this rental as they seem very concerned to make things right.

Quiet Studio over looking the water
Our stay was wonderful. Location is perfect! Walking distance to local bar and grill with live music. Very short drive to beach and groceries. Overlooking the water and neighbors were all quiet. Laundry on site is a bonus we didn’t expect. Great communication.
