YOUR TROPICAL PARADISE AWAITS. TWO BEDROOM 2 1/2 BATH OVERLOOKING BLUE WATER LAGOON. SLEEPS 6 COMFORTABLY. GREAT FOR COUPLES, FAMILIES, HONEYMOONERS, FISHERMAN, GIRLS WEEKEND! .EACH BEDROOM HAS FULL BATH WITH QUEEN BED AND TV. SLEEPER SOFA QUEEN PLUS NO BAR IN MIDDLE VERY COMFY AND ACCESS TO HALF BATH IN LIVING ROOM. You cannot dock your boat behind Villa only drop off and pick up. If you wish to rent a slip for your boat, the Hawks Cay Marina, Grassy Key Marina or Duck Key Marinia.

Several restaurants and bars open to the public:Angler & Ale.

Calm Waters Spa by appointment and open to the public. Fitness Center available to spa patrons.

Dolphin Connection trainer-for-a-day and swim experience programs by appointment and open to the public.

Fishing, diving, sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing and personal watercraft and boat rental open to the public (Hawks Cay Marina currently closed due to hurricane Irma). However, these are all excursions you can book from local vendors in the keys.

The pool in the hotel pool & the Indies Club is for hotel guest only, and you would be renting from a private owner and not Hawks Cay Resort & Marina. Therefore, they have the right to refuse service to any of the owners guest.

Family Memories
Loved this villa!!! My family and I have rented other villas here before, this is definitely the best one. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Loved the convenience of a half bath on the 1st floor. Everything has been updated, new appliances, sofa bed downstairs is very comfortable. Linens are soft, beds upstairs are cozy and most importantly the Properly Manager was very sweet, attentive and responsive. We will definitely be renting here again in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Cozy Cottage April '24
Cute little townhouse, clean and well stocked. We live on the west coast of Florida, my daughter and her family were staying at Hawks Cay for 5 days. We decided to drive over and see them. The location was awesome for us, this townhome is on Hawks Cay property, we brought bikes which made it super convenient getting to and from the hotel. The yard is adorable, our dog enjoyed dropping & retrieving his toys from the spa/pool. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay, it is situated in the middle of the keys which made the drive to Key West not bad. It was close to Marathon which had beaches & shopping. The area is clean and secure and quite, which we appreciated. We had everything we needed. Only thing we wish we had a bit more storage as the rooms are small and with suitcases and a pack and play made it hard to maneuver in. But we didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo it was fine. The wading pool was a big cold because of the time of year and it would have been nice to heat it up but we still enjoyed it one evening. All in all no complaints. We were not disappointed.

Came down for Labor Day weekend. Villa was clean with nice furnishings. Convenient location in the middle Keys. Owner was easy to deal with as far as rental arrangements, check-in and other instructions.

Fabulous Duck Key location with walkable area to dining. Easy driving access to the others Keys. Well appointed home with very responsive host and contact person. Comfortable and cozy. Spent every evening on the outside patio!

Cozy and quiet
The property was exactly what we expected. It was clean and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The location was beautiful, quiet, well-maintained, and secure. Overall, we were very happy with it. We did contact the property manager upon arrival. She was very nice and welcoming. When we reached out again to ask why the splash pool was not operating properly we received no response. However someone did come to do maintenance on it during our stay and we advised them it was not working. They sent someone else out to repair it, but it was never fixed. It was a minor issue, so it did not hamper our stay. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely consider it in the future.

Five Star Villa!
Lovely, well-stocked and equipped, comfortable villa with thoughtful touches. The kitchen included so many of the little things that are not always provided along with a set of chef worthy knives! The beds were extremely comfortable. Both bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, such a nice plus, along with an additional downstairs powder room. The owners were a delight to deal with throughout the process. We will be back!

Wonderful mini vacation!
The villa was nice and clean. It was small but comfortable. The furniture was nice and beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There's a boat dock but unfortunately you can't dock your boat, so it's pointless. Overall it was a good place to stay for a short trip.

This property is located in a beautiful spot in the mid-Keys. The property was just what we needed, a private spot with a fantastic back patio and a hot tub. Had told the owner we were coming for my wife’s birthday and a bottle of wine and a Happy Birthday balloon was on the table when we opened the door. How thoughtful. Property is a short drive to Marathon and all the restaurants and beaches. We had a great time there
