Apartment was great, and great location. A few annoying things, firstly the showers are placed right in the middle of the bath! Makes sense to place the shower head at the end of the bath like normal showers. It’s really an awful layout. Secondly seeing as it’s a self caterting apartment it could do with more variety of dishes like pots and pans and baking dishes. Limited to what we could cook as not enough dishes. Overall the apartment was great, could do with modernisation, the sofa looks filthy and could do with replacing. Thankyou J

Great location, tired apartment.
The grounds in which this apartment are situated are beautifully cared for and tended to. I just wish we could say the same for the apartment. On arrival we were shown to the apartment by the property manager - it was clean and well presented, however to call it tired is fair. I did read some other reviews saying it needed updating and I completely agree. The property manager Camila was very helpful even with restaurant recommendations. The air conditioning is excellent and the view from the balcony is incredible. However, we found the beds uncomfortable, a lack of storage for clothes (we were there for two weeks) and the number of steps that you need to climb from the pool is well over one hundred. There are ramps but even these are hard work in the heat. If you have a disability or aren’t particularly mobile, this apartment is not for you. We are fit and healthy gym goers and it was very hard work! Carrying the shopping up to the apartment was a proper workout. The balcony is lovely but does need a lick of paint as it was peeling off the ceiling - the only apartment that we could see that had this issue. Also, a settee or somewhere to relax there would be great, not just a dining set. We could see a lot of other balconies had settees etc. The apartment is functional but is missing homely touches that make a holiday let. There are no mirrors except for the bathroom. A full length one would be useful. It is a good base but we had friends who stayed on the complex too and their apartment was so much more welcoming and well equipped. We had issues with wifi as it was so very slow and relied on our data useage instead. The wifi only connected in the lounge and gave us a 20mbps connection. Not good when you have two teenagers!! The pools, like the grounds, are magnificent and we enjoyed them every day. Restaurants close by are good quality and the walk into Puerto Banus is lovely - coming back up the hill is hard work though!! Although we made the most of our holiday, we feel that this apartment needs simple additions that would make such a difference. Mirrors, decent pots and pans, drawers for clothes, more hangers, a settee on the balcony etc. Put simply it needs some Investment!! Unfortunately we won’t be coming back as there are better apartments on the complex if we wanted to visit again. Thanks for all the communication which was excellent. I’m sorry we didn’t enjoy the apartment as much as we wished.

Visited again after 3 years. It needs a little updating. However can’t beat view and location.
Property needs a little updating but after communicating with owner, it’s understandable as she has not been able to travel to the property for a while due to the pandemic. The floors were not completely clean when we entered even after the cleaners had been there, however a little moping took care of that. The property was presented in a much better state 3 years ago. The agent and the owner are very responsive and hence I still give this property 5 stars. I hope the owner travels down soon and makes just a few minor adjustments needed. You cannot beat the view from the balcony overlooking the mountains and location is top! Will definitely return again.

Booked this apartment and was apprehensive at first as this was the first time I’d used HomeAway. But needn’t have worried. Apartment was as described in the posting In a good location Shops nearby Bars and restaurants nearby 10 minute walk downhill to the marina 6 Euro taxi back up the hill again A few problems initially but the service representative had them fixed within the day Apartment decor could do with a freshen up but otherwise was great Would recommend

Wouldn’t stay again
Nice enough apartment but in need of some TLC. Whilst there are beautiful views from the balcony it certainly doesn’t get any sun in the winter months and we found the apartment very cold. You definitely need a car to get around but you are walking distances to local supermarkets and a few restaurants. Our overall opinion is we wouldn’t stay in this area again and probably wouldn’t recommend it either.

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Nueva Andalucia. 20 min walk from Puerto Banus and there are several close by restaurants Nice and clean. All amenities you need Parking on the street but it's not a busy road so quite safe.

Cute apartment in beautiful Nueva Andalucia with beautiful views
This apartment was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was so cozy and comfortable, with the most beautiful view I have ever seen. I looked forward to waking up in the morning, just to look out onto the beautiful deck. Everything we needed was available. We appreciate the owner being so accommodating and welcoming. The plaza with grocery store and restaraunts was a short 10 minute walk. I would definitely return.

Es facil aparcar por la zona. Lo unico malo es que El apartamento esta bastante lejos de la playa y que para entrar no hay un ascensor o rampa para bajar las maletas. Dentro del edificio si hay ascensor. El apartamento esta muy bien equipado. Hemos estado muy agusto. La piscina esta en buenas condiciones. La limpieza era buena Nos ha gustado mucho. alijatnos aquí.
