* The pool can be heated for $130/day. Please provide 48 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool so we can make sure the propane tank is topped up.

* The boat slip and lift are not available for use. You can tie your boat to the side of the dock if you have bumpers but we must approve it first. Please inquire prior to arrival

Conveniently located next to Boat Town Burger Bar for easy access to a restaurant, listen to live music on the weekends, or simply people watch off of the top deck of the boat dock. This home is perfect for a large family, a couples retreat, or a group of friends. 

1) This is NOT a party residence. The home is best suited to families, families with young children, family reunion, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. If a party is thrown during your stay, your reservation will be quickly terminated.

2) Outdoor activity is not permitted between 11 PM and 7 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions.

3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. 

4) We do NOT allow pets at this property

5) The boat slip is NOT available for use, but you can tie your boat on either side of it if you have bumpers
