Take a dip in the large swimming pool, play on the sandy beach, or just sit on the front porch soaking in the breeze. This gem is part of the Waterview at Bay Point Resort, newly built in March 2023. Guests will love the resort’s luxurious amenities including the large swimming pool, gathering room, sauna, fire pit, and exercise room with Peloton bike, rowing machine, treadmills, elliptical and free weights.

Shore Perfection is a beautiful single-story home with central air/heat, 3 bedrooms that sleeps 8, 2 full bathrooms, laundry, large kitchen with island seating, dining area, great room with a fireplace, and screened-in patio overlooking the pool with eating and lounging areas.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed and attached bathroom with large walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bed bunks. The 2nd full bathroom is in the hallway between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

The cook's kitchen has stainless steel appliances, KitchenAid mixer, Cuisinart food processor, Henckels knives, Curtis Stone cookware, large island, microwave, gas oven with conventional, convection and air fryer settings, and quartz counter tops.

The Screened-In Front Porch which overlooks the pool has outdoor seating for 12, which includes chairs/rockers, 2 sofas, a fire pit and 2 ceiling fans.
