Regresamos después de algún tiempo y comprobamos que no ha perdido su calidad y prestancia Personal del checkin muy atento y servicial, con atención muy ágil, tenían toda la información precargada y solo fue cuestión de firmar Las habitaciones muy bien equipadas, muy limpias, ropa de cama y toallas blancas y con olor a recién salidas de la lavandería. Como se ve la labor del Ama de Llaves, un detalle que marca la diferencia; nosotros tenemos una forma personal de evaluar la limpieza de las habitaciones, nuestras pantuflas de suelas de goma se impregnan de la suciedad del piso, en este caso como se lo comenté a mi esposa, no tuve necesidad de limpiarlas pues estaban impecables, clara muestra de que hay preocupación por mantener su estándar de limpieza y calidad El desayuno buffet con atención de primera clase, los alimentos suficientes con variedad de frutas de estación y lo mejor de todo es su excelente atención; personal con mucha experiencia que hace que uno se sienta el único en el salón. Cuan grato es ser recibido a cualquier hora del día con una sonrisa y cordialidad piurana. El Bar Wallak el de siempre, cocteles buenos en calidad y cantidad; lo mas sorprendente fueron sus precios, por debajo de la media de sus pares. This hotel is the most beautiful hotel in Piura. I had a wonderful experience. I want to give a special thanks to the staff members who were beyond friendly and professional. Also the free breakfast buffet was exceptional and delicious. I will definitely be coming back here with my family.

Unhappy many year visiting this hotel over 10 complaints 3 was not solved at all .2 weeks flushing the toilet 🚽 5 times water didn’t flushing in toilet Tv remote control brocket never replace it .calling every day get fixed.water inside the room first night maintenance broken trying to fixed toiled .does it never come back to costal del sol.

I did recommend to the manager better signalization in case of rain . My wife twisted her ankle while carrying the baby for lack of good signals. Otherwise our stay was great.

I was expecting better infrastructure
The shampoo very cheap the dispenser didn’t work, the dryer didn’t work. The door from the bathroom very noisy. I didn’t know that the hotel rent the place for party and the music was so late specially that I woke up early. The door and the windows not sounds isolate. Very convenient to move around the city. Closed to everywhere. Very good breakfast, customers service amazing very friendly.
