This privately owned condo is located in the popular southern part of Marco island.

April -July 2024- The building is being painted and there will be some noise throughout the work day.

OUR CONDO IS CLEANED WITH DISINFECTING PRODUCTS. WE DISINFECT EVERY "TOUCH" SURFACE. WE WASH ALL THE BEDDING AT EACH TURN OVER AND WE LEAVE DISINFECTING PRODUCTS IN THE CONDO FOR YOUR USE.

Enjoy the amazing and unobstructed views from your private balcony with your coffee or cocktail of choice.

Our condo is on the ideal floor- not too high- not too low. Just perfect for viewing the beach.

Apartment includes:

Bedroom: king-size bed and new mattress, linens, flat screen HDTV, DVD player, fiber optic cable, mirrored doors, closet, room-darkening curtains, luggage rack, smartphone charger alarm clock with Bluetooth speakers.

Full Bathroom with tub and shower, fully stocked with towels, hair dryer, flat iron and curling iron.

Living room and dining room area include new furnishings, 5 piece dining set, queen sleeper sofa, and a full screen/flat TV with Fire stick.

Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, FULL Range/stove, dishwasher, microwave), blender, toaster, Keurig and regular coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and all the essential equipment you need for cooking. This unit has a full oven/range something many of the other units don't have.

Don't want to cook? Go downstairs to the Sunset Grille and enjoy a meal or order out.


- FREE WIFI : secured high-speed fiber optic Internet access via WI-FI or cable
-Access to owner's closet is just outside the condo door. We offer Tommy Bahama supplies: beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, water toys, and tennis rackets. Beach towels are in linen closet.

There is a coin/credit card operated laundry room near the elevators.

The building is secure with a keyed entry.

Check in is between 4pm and 10pm. The front desk opens at 10am and closes at 10pm. You need a key to enter the building that I will mail to you. If you’re arriving after 10pm, please let me know.

Marco Island has been ranked in the Top 10 US Islands. There are a lot of activities and amenities:

-Rent a bike (helmet include) from the parking garage.
-Water sports on the beach: parasailing, jet skis, etc.
-Take an Eco tour of the 10,000 islands
-Watch the dolphins or go shelling near the south point of the Marco beach.

- Shelling (Sand Dollars Beach)
- Drive to Everglade city and check out the manatees or alligators.

- Volley ball on the beach in front of the Marriott

The property and condo were both excellent. Very clean and organized. Easy access, just a hundred feet or so to the beach which in Marco Island can be a 1/4 mile walk. The furnishings were modern and nice. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. The building is in the process of painting and every single area is newly painted. Pool/pool area nice and pool heated. The experience was great front to back including the check in process, owner response, building outside and condo interior including the furnishings. We would definitely stay again! Sunsets are beautiful right off the balcony.

Beautiful unobstructed Gulf View! Watch sunsets every night from balcony. Nicely maintained and Clean. Well stocked from kitchen to bath to beach items! Walking distance to some cute little boutiques and some good restaurants. Owner is quick to follow up if you need anything and front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

Paradise in Marco Island!
We had a blast at our stay here. The property is right on the beach and provided us with everything we needed. Absolutely gorgeous views, everything inside worked, comfy bed, even extras like coffee pods, creamer, Ziploc bags and more were provided. The shelling right outside was GREAT! So many beautiful conch shells you can be picky with the ones you want. Never made it to Tigertail which is supposed to have the best shelling which is literally less than a 10 minute drive away but really didn't need to. Also the restaurant on the property was very nice and made good drinks but the HIGHLIGHT of our trip was Mangoes. If we are ever in the area again, it will be a stop for sure. Great frozen drinks, unbelievable customer service, and excellent food. Thank you for providing such a lovely stay at such a beautiful destination. We would definitely book again in a heart beat when we return!

Loved the accommodations and especially, the spectacular view of the gulf from the balcony! Elaine had all our everyday needs stocked to perfection…plus a closet full of complimentary beach equipment as advertised! The restaurant on site at the Apollo was great and as a secondary dining option, it was only a short walk to an outdoor mall offering all types of cuisine. The only disappointment was our bad timing related to the Apollo…Their staff was very helpful and friendly during check-in; however, one of only two elevators was down for the first few days of our stay. In addition, we endured unexpected and occasional construction noise that only slightly damped our overall experience…. Of course, none of this was Elaine’s fault. Overall 5 out of 5 stars!

We love the Apollo location and this unit. The owner was easy to work with and provided abundant supplies, beach towels and chairs. Comfortable king-size bed and fully stocked kitchen made life easy. It is high season, so be sure to make your dinner reservations before arriving.

Perfect getaway to Marco Island
We recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning VRBO condo on Marco Island, Florida, and it was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a fantastic vacation. First and foremost, the condo was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It felt like stepping into a luxurious oasis, with stylish furnishings and a cozy ambiance. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The breathtaking views from the condo were worth every penny. Waking up to the sight of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico and feeling the gentle ocean breeze was simply magical. We spent countless hours on the balcony, sipping our morning coffee and enjoying the mesmerizing sunsets in the evening. The location of the condo was perfect! It was conveniently situated near all the amenities and attractions Marco Island has to offer. My husband and I had a great time. The condo was perfect. Having the full oven/stove made a huge difference! It was also super easy to get to the room quickly. Loved the lock with a code so no having to deal with a key for the room. I also loved all the labels and notes in the condo. Really helps keep things in order! Hopefully we will be back soon!

We had a fantastic time staying here in Marco. From the very start Elaine’s communication was better than any other rental I’ve dealt with. When she found out they were doing construction on the beach, she messaged to let us know and even went above and beyond to contact the county to get more info. She gets 5 stars just for that! On top, the condo was in perfect shape, had everything we would’ve needed and more and the location could not be beat. We will definitely be back!

Elaine's condo at The Apollo is perfect for couples, and she's clearly thought of everything! This condo comes complete unbeatable water & sunset views, along with all the beach equipment you could possibly need. We loved enjoying our morning coffee out on the balcony and watching the dolphins chase after their breakfast in the Gulf. I've been going to Marco Island just about every year since I was a child, and all I can say is that Elaine gets it. If you're looking for the perfect Marco condo for two, look no further. We'll be back!
