Extremely loud neighbors
This is a condo property. The condo adjacent had 16-20 people. They played loud music all day and night, screaming and yelling. We were instructed to call the police, they came three times and threatened to evict the people. The morning they left the housekeepers told us the stove, dishwasher had to be replaced. There were 14 cases of empty beer bottles, chipped tiles on floor. We were happy to go home and get a good night's rest. Management company did nothing to help us.

My family had an enjoyable two week stay at the premises. It was clean, quiet at night, and enjoyable. All of the appliances were functional, and the strong wifi signal was a welcome attribute.

Nice location. Decent amount of space for family of 5. Appreciated plenty of towels. Kitchen supplies were sparse. No baking sheet, no corkscrew, no mixing bowls. Master shower bathroom line had significant mold. Second bathroom had moldy drain. Linens were cheap and not comfortable. Couch was in poor shape. All the fixtures were low end, contractor grade. Pictures much better than the reality. Would not stay again at the price we paid.

Perfect Everything
This was our first trip to Marco Island. This property was perfect for 2 couples. Great beds and had everything we needed. We enjoyed evenings on the screened in patio. We rented a golf cart for the week prior to arrival. It was walking distance for us to pickup the golf cart. Great location with several good restaurants close by. We took the Key West Express to Key West for the day. Great trip!

This property was a great location with very good amenities. We stayed 5 nights and cleaning was not provided for our unit at all during our stay. We had issues with both toilets in the unit. Went to use bathroom at the pool side due to flushing issues. Pool and whirl pool was very well kept.

I enjoyed everything about this property, however the amount of black whiskers, and the long black hair that was in the bathroom sink as well as inside a folded towel was absolutely disgusting.
