Great stay! Room was spacious and clean. The hotel building is v a beautifully renovated residence and made me feel that it brought me back by centuries. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unique Experience
Just imagine if we leave inside the cave, this is really special moment. The hotel owner also really nice because he upgrade our room with free of charge. He told us, if other room available, he will do the same with other guest.

Mardin'deki en iyi otel.
Herşey çok iyi idi. Reşat Bey çok ilgilendi ve bizi otelin en iyi odasına yerleştirdi. Kahvaltısı zengin ve manzara çok iyi idi. Yorumların aksine sıcak su konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Sürekli sıcak su mevcuttu. Tam bir konak havası vardı ve kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Otel genel anlamda idare ederdi ama biz aralık ayında gittik ve hava çok soğuktu. Isınma problemleri var, klimayı sürekli açık tutmak gece insanı rahatsız ediyor. Kısacası havasız bırakıyor. İkinci önemli problemde sıcak sularının olmayışı. Resmen duş alamadık 4 gün boyunca :(

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, 3gece konaklamak icin onceden odemesini yapıp cok buyuk bir hata yaptık.Gosterilen ekonomik oda dedikleri odayla gördüğümüz alt katta rutubet kokusu olan,camasir kurutma odasinin yanında ,penceresiz oda verilmeye çalışılması tam bir fiyaskoydu.Üstelik, Hotels .com reklam olarak kullandigi oda görselinin satış politikasi oldugu soylenerek yaniltici olabilecegini soylediler.1gece bile konaklamadan oteli terkettik,otelin hemen dibindeki gece klubunden gelen sabaha kadar gurultuden bahsetmek bile istemiyorum. Tuketici mahkemesine hatta Turizm bakanlığına şikayet de ettim.Bu tarz zihniyette Turizm'den anlamayan ,insana saygi gostermeyen Mardinin yuz karası bu butik oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz. Buz gibi odasi,bozuk televizyon ve sıcak suyundan bahsetmedim bile,diğer musteriler gerekli yazilari yazmışlar zaten.

Hotel très difficile d'accès. Ruelle en pente et pavée. Accueil un peu froid. Pas de fenêtres qui donnent sur l'extérieur. Cet hôtel pourrait être magnifique mais a vraiment besoin de réparation
