The spacious open-plan design of the communal living areas are separated by a custom built fireplace – the centrepiece of the living area and a must for cosy winter nights.
Banyandah enjoys enviable access to the river for swimming, stand up paddling, kayaking and canoeing. Alternatively, why not walk or mountain bike along the old pine trails and the river to the Rotary Park, where you can join the rails to trails or simply enjoy all the town has to offer. Its an easy 20 minutes stroll or 5 minute drive to the town centre.
All rooms in the house are of outstanding quality with brand new furniture. There is even a sand pit and wooden toys for the children to play with in the large, fully fenced grassed backyard.
